Superb. Will visit again when in Tokyo!

Pros: Superb- loved everything about it! The internal design and the use of spaces were brilliant and it could accommodate our family of 7!

Cons: The television sound could have been better.

Pros: Friendly staff, spacious room, very good location! My 2 kids love Mimaru so much that they said they will only stay in MIMARU in Tokyo.

We as a family of 4 enjoyed staying at Mimaru Kinshicho. A lot of konbinis nearby. Excellent same day luggage forwarding

Love it! Will definitely return.

Pros: Located on a quiet street. You have 3 konbinis within a short distance of the hotel. One just a few steps away 👍🏼 Staff were friendly and super helpful. I left my phone on the Shinkansen and they offered to help. But managed to get it back within 2 days. 2 lifts going up and down so the wait wasn’t bad. Abt 5-7 mins walk to the train station, and a bus stop for the shuttle to Disneyland/DisneySea. Excellent.

Cons: The washer/dryer took a long time. Clothes came out soaking wet from washer. Had to let it spin for longer than usual. Takes only coins.

A fabulous hotel!

Pros: The room was fabulous for 3 teenagers & 1 adult. The kitchen is well equiped if you want to cook, easy walk (1 block) to a great supermarket & plenty of small corner stores on the way if all you want is milk. The toilet & shower rooms were separate from the wash basin, there was a luggage room & good size table & lounge chairs. Laundry was excellent & easy to use. Staff were all super helpful. Highly recommend.

Pros: Location. So easy to connect to different parts of Tokyo. But enough away from the mayhem to enjoy Tokyo surrounds.

Wonderful choice for families

Pros: Accessibility from the train station, warm and comfortable room

Cons: Pillows were too soft causing neck pain.

Accessible, comfortable and made exceptional by oustanding staff.

Pros: We chose this hotel because of its accessibility feactures, and it fully met our expectations. The facilities were confortable enough but what we appreciated most was the staff (Yukino, Mocha, the tunisian lady sorry forgot her name, Chloe and Truong). Everyone was extremely kind, attentive, and professional, always ready to help and make our stay easier. Their attitude and service truly made the difference and turned a good stay into a great one.

Cons: As a small suggestion, a hotel focused on accessibility could benefit from having a wheelchair. In our case would have made the experience even better. Tottally fair to mention Yukino, Chloe and Truong who went out of their way to find solutions and make everything possible for us.

Clean, spacious and Easy access

Pros: The hotel is just an 8‑minute walk from the train station. Staff were very accommodating, preparing our room early for check‑in. We booked a spacious 4‑bed room with the added convenience of separate toilet and bath access. The lively area around the station offers plenty of restaurants and activity, making the location both practical and enjoyable.
