Pros: The staff were friendly, helpful, and very kind. The rooms were clean, and almost all of our needs and questions were clearly explained within the hotel and on the TV, which was a very well-designed system. Everything was well-organized and operated in a systematic way.

Pros: Hello. I frequently travel to Tokyo for work. I'm a big fan of the APA Hotel chain. This hotel offers an excellent location. It's clean, and the staff is both pleasant and professional. The hotel is conveniently situated near cafes, shops, and the subway station. Everything is very practical, and I highly recommend it for your stay.

Pros: I like that the staff were all helpful and accommodating to the guests. The location was also convenient because it was near two train stations.

Cons: I was glad that two pillows were provided in the room. I am just sad because both pillows are a little bit hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. I am used to some hotels where the pillows are soft to sleep on.

Incredible!

Pros: The rooms were very comfortable, super clean and spacious. The beds were super soft, big and comfortable. The staff were always super friendly, greeting us and welcoming us every time we stepped foot in the reception. All in all, an outstanding service and experience!

Cons: It was not super close away from the metro but also not so far that it would be a problem.

Great hotel, great location and great views.

Pros: The hotel is conveniently located; walking distance from the train station and a beautiful park.The bridge right before lets you capture some beautiful views. It is clean, has enough room for a single person and is very pleasant. You are given your necessities, hair tie, toothbrush + toothpaste, razor, cotton buds etc and on my second day I was given a fresh set of body + face towels, toiletries and pjs. The staff are lovely and incredibly respectful. The hotel overall is a really great stay and I would definitely revisit my next time in tokyo.
