Pros: The beddings and toilets were very clean. Room was bigger then expected. Customer service was very good. The location was excellent since it was right next to the magome station and very convenient with Family mart and Aeon around. Heater in room was excellent for cold weather.

Cons: The room itself was bit dusty, i could see lots of dust being accumulated on the desk. The walls had stains here and there.

My first stay in tokyo

Pros: The service and stuff was pretty nice and always tried to provide help. If they dont understand you, they take a translator to overcome the language barrier. The rooms are a little bit tiny in European Standards but thats okay, because you only there to stay overnight. The rooms are themed liked they are in the 90s in my opinion, but i liked that much :). I can recommend it.

Cons: Its not that i dont liked it, but the bed itsself could be a little bit hard for some people. So ask in advance of booking if they have a bed with a soft matress.

A good and convenient hotel. Suitable for a short stay.

Pros: Great location and convenience. It was very easy to visit where I needed to go. The fact that the underground railway station was just beneath the hotel was more than expected.

Cons: The desk was a bit too small and there was no shelf to store my stuff. I needed to have breakfast and dinner in the room and store my clothes

A Nice Stay in a Convenient Location

Pros: The hotel is right next to Magome station, so it is very convenient and close to everything. It also has direct access to Narita Airport in a single ride on a train without the need to change the line, which is a real plus for travellers with bulky luggage. Staff members are friendly and accommodating. Apart from English, some staff members also speak Vietnamese, which is my first language. This is my second stay at this hotel and I will definitely come back again on my next visit. What I like most is that the 24-hour Cocos family restaurant is right next to the hotel.

Cons: The thong/sleeper provided by the hotel is not 'waterproof', so if you wear it and have a shower, the water will soak into it and will not dry overnight, which is rather annoying. I recommend that the hotel provides waterproof thong/sleeper (made of rubber or plastic) so it will not soak water and can dry quickly after shower.

Pros: Very close from the station and bus stop. Liked the breakfast service. Had a bathtub in my room. Had a good view from a window. Facility is a bit old but clean.

Cons: Room was a bit small, if you need to work and use notebook, table is small.
