Overall it was convenient, clean, SUPER QUIET (!) and absolutely enough for when you only need a place to sleep and spen

Pros: It was very convenient and most of all: very affordable. I didn’t expected it to be that good in terms of equipment in the room for that hotel category and the price. It is very close to a lot of inexpensive restaurants with a very varied choice and like 4 min away from the subway and has a real supermarket around the corner as well (you have a fridge, a microwave and a water boiler in the room!)

Cons: I didn’t like that there was no lockers or any room to keep the luggage after check out. I was asked to put my stuff in the corridor, and , even though it is Japan and possibly safe, didn’t want my expensive laptop and other stuff there.

Value for money

Pros: Super basic as one would expect, but the bed is good and I slept like a baby.

Pros: La posizione è eccellente, lo staff servizievole, in generale un ottima soluzione se si vuole usare l'hotel come base per le esigenze primaria, dormire e lavarsi, è comunque dotato di tutti le attrezzature necessarie, prezzo ottimo

Cons: Purtroppo la. Mia stanza si trovava vicina alla stanza di servizio, al mattino il corridoio era occupato dal personale e materiale di servizio, ho dovuto scavalcare per accedere all'ascensore, il personale è stato comunque gentile nel gestire questo PICCOLO disagio!

Pros: Tutto.Struttura con servizi superiori rispetto alle stelle assegnate. Pulizia giornaliera. Vicino alla stazione. Personale gentilissimo. Assolutamente consigliata.

Belle vue de Ayase

Pros: Ma chambre était en hauteur avec une belle vue sur Tokyo Sky Tree. Ce qui est un point positif. La chambre était confortable et pratique et ne manquait de rien.

Cons: Comme toujours pour cette chaine d'hôtel, les chambres sont petites donc plus adaptées à un séjour court.

スタッフさんが特に良い

Pros: 車だったので近くに駐車出来るかが心配でしたが 近くのコインパーキングに無事停めれました スタッフさんとても感じが良かったし、お部屋もコスパ良く感じました

Cons: 特になし (私は 久しぶりのホテル宿泊でチェックアウト時間帯エレベーター混雑するの忘れてたから このレビューを見た人は思い出して

Cons: El cuarto quizás es muy pequeño

Pros: 朝食をご提供しており、室内には電子レンジ、ヘアドライヤー、電気ケトルなどの設備が整っています。快適にお過ごしいただけるよう、便利なアメニティを揃えています。

Cons: Bookingのアプリで予約しましたが、フロントデスクのスタッフが一時的に予約を確認できない状況がありました。スムーズなチェックインのために、予約確認のプロセスがさらに改善されると嬉しいです。

利多於弊，瑕不掩瑜，值得入住！

Pros: 地鐵近在咫尺，交通極其便利！ 環境寧靜清幽，遠離市區喧囂！ 重點是，房內備有微波爐，配合附近多家超市，每晚都能吃到熱騰騰的宵夜，寒冬中幸福感難以言喻！

Cons: 房間空間擁擠，東京典型問題！ 高樓水壓過小，沐浴未能盡興！

Pros: 24時間入出自由だから困らない。 フロント24時間対応をしてくれる。 コインランドリー24時間使えること。 コンビニや駅がすぐ近くにある。 自分がチェックインに戸惑っていたら、「お困りでしたらこちらでチェックイン致します」のように少し小柄の外国人の女性の方がとても優しく声掛けをしてくれたし、話しやすくて焦らず分かりやすくてとても助かったし嬉しかった😭 自分が予約した部屋が動物連れても良い部屋であったため、動物での匂いが多少するかもしれない等、色々と優しく説明してくれて分かりやすかった！

Cons: コインランドリーで両替が出来ずすぐ近くに自販機があったから使用したが両替機も置いて欲しい。
