Perfect choice for families

Pros: We loved it. The room was beautiful, spacious, comfortable. The kids loved the bank beds. Great location in a quite part of Ginza. The staff was super helpful & kind.

Comfortable and lovely

Pros: Great stay- The kids loved the Pokemon Themed Room. Amenities were good and Room was spacious and clean. Great for our family. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Very close to 7/11 and Lawsons and we also made use of the coin laundry facilities which was convenient.

Cons: The room did not have black out blinds and therefore being a light sleeper, I was awake as soon as the morning light came through.

I’d recommend and would stay again if visiting in the future.

Pros: The room was large, the bathroom and shower were amazing and it was very clean. Staff were friendly and happy to help. Ginza has everything you need as a more upmarket area and only a train ride from the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo.

Fabulous location friendly staff

Pros: Good location close to train lines. We joined one of the free tours with Leti it was great.

Cons: I wish there was a laundry in my room, one common one was still convenient.

One of the best family hotels I have ever stayed at. Superlative staff and great value.

Pros: I travel for work around the world all the time and I have to say the staff at MIMARU were honestly some of the most genuinely friendly, helpful, lovely hotel staff I have met. They were genuinely focused on making our stay as hassle-free and enjoyable as possible. It made it such a nice place to stay. The rooms are perfect for a family, well-appointed and extremely clean. Ginza is a nice neighbourhood and quieter than the craziness of Shibuya, for instance. It felt like a sanctuary.

Cons: The only drawback is that there aren’t many restaurants open later in the evening if you have Gwen out all day. And the breakfast options are not as good as some other areas.
