Awesome

Pros: Very convenient there’s many shops to eat nearby and you’re literally next to the train station. Also the staff was nice. Room was clean and cozy. Comes with soap, shampoo and conditioner! Stayed there for 6 nights and every night I slept really well. Definitely recommended !!

Awesome, I would stay there again if the price is right.

Pros: A very convenient location. Right outside of the train station, so easy to access public transport. Also, restaurants and supermarkets outside so great for shopping. Overall, the room was awesome. Great and pretty luxury for a 3-star hotel. Although it was far from the airport, it still was great for its value.

Cons: No issues.

Pros: Everything was great, I was very comfortable. I arrived late at night, the front desk was closed, but they had sent me the pin codes to enter the building and the room so I had no worries about it. There was a konbini right in front of the hotel, and the train station was just around the corner. If I go back to Tokyo, I would definitely stay there again

Excellent location!

Pros: Located conveniently a few hundred metres away from Shin Koiwa train station and easily accessible from Narita via Narita Express Line. A nice local neighborhood and you get the feeling of how locals live. Not so 'touristy'..

Cons: Well, space is a bit small... But I guess that's just normal in Tokyo.

Great location, Great Price

Pros: Location is just excellent, just a minute away from the Shinkoiwa Station. Lots of konbinis, markets and all kinds of restaurants around. The room was clean and amenities were good enough for such an establishment. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. The staff was excellent and despite the language barrier, very helpful.

Cons: The television had no smart capabilities and no channels other than Japanese ones. The fridge ran, at times, very noisily. Although we had no problems whatsoever, the fact that there is no one at the reception desk after 8 PM means if something goes wrong you won't be able to get help quickly.

Pros: Very good location. Just 1 minute walk from Shin Koiwa Station. Lawson is just in front of the Hotel.

Cons: The Hotel doesn't provide Hand Soap. Body and Hair Shampoo are available, but no Handsoap.

Pros: Very good location near the JR station and there are lots of shops and restaurants, cheap lunch box shops etc. The Staff were nice, the room was clean and a quiet place, I didn't suffer any noise during my stay in the hotel.

Cons: Nothing particularly bad points, all good.
