Exactly what I wanted

Pros: Small dressed down inn in a quiet neighborhood. It was exactly what I needed as a home base of sorts while going back and forth between events and meeting with friends. Not too far from a station, convenience stores nearby. Staff was always super helpful when I needed them. Booked because I wanted a place in a quiet area with a fridge, so was pleasantly surprised by the small kitchen.

Cons: There was construction happening on the road near the entrance one night. Not really something the inn cam control though.

Comfortable stay and helpful staff

Pros: It was a 10 mins walk to Nakanobu station and around 13 mins to the JR Nishi Oi station. All conbinis were on a walking distance and they also had a coin laundry machine next door. The staffs members were present on the late check in day, which was around midnight (I'm very grateful) and they also accepted to hold on to my baggage for 1 weeks since I was going to different locations and coming back to the same hotel later on. (Free of charge, again very helpful).

Cons: If I may offer just one small piece of feedback, I think a bit more attention to cleanliness would really enhance the experience. It wasn’t anything major, just a minor detail that stood out. Otherwise, everything else was lovely and the staff were great!

I had a wonderful time!

Pros: The neighborhood is less touristy which result in a great local atmosphere in the surrounding nightlife.

Cons: Couldn't figure out how to get the microwave to work. Additional English instructions for devices would be handy.

Definitely enjoyed my stay in the end, and looking forward to returning in the future.

Pros: - Close to two different train lines - Bus stop just outside the inn - Lawson just downstairs - it gives you the residential suburban vibes, not too crowded like city. - kitchen has the basic needs, such as kettle, pans, induction stove, etc - very clean surroundings, definitely pleasant to the eye

Affordable and comfortable accommodation

Pros: The location is very close to a train station. There’s also a Lawson right around the corner, so if you’re craving late night snacks. Checking in and out of the hotel was very easy.

Worth considering

Pros: Good budget option if you prefer a private room. Don't be afraid of the seemingly remote location, the metro is fast and reliable. There is also a direct service to Narita airport (+ 1000 ¥ to the day pass).

Cons: Coming in the evening, initially it was hard to find the reception or anyone there, as there are 2 entrances. There was a certain language barrier but not unsurmountable. In terms of cooking, the options are rather limited.

Pros: Harika konum. Sessiz sakin şehrin merkezine yakın gürültüden uzak.

Pros: There are so many facilities that you could use to cook such as rice cooker, spatula and others. And also the staff is welcoming

Cons: I think when I was there, my room smells like cigarette あそこにいた時に私の部屋がタバコの煙ような匂いがしたと思います。多分次回はお客様がチェックインする前に、部屋の臭いを確認した方がいいと思います

Pros: ・部屋に洗濯機もコンロも冷蔵庫も電子レンジもドライヤーもあって、このままでも住めるくらいだった ・コインランドリーがホテルを出て右に5歩歩いたらあって使いやすかった(Sサイズのランドリーは2個しかないので他のお客さんと被るとちょっと大変かも？) ・コンビニもコインランドリーのすぐ隣にあるのでちょっとした買い物もしやすかったです ・バス停がホテルの目の前にあって、しかも始発なので確実に座れます。暑い時期に泊まったのですが、移動で汗をかかずに済んだので本当に助かりました ・チェックイン時刻より前に「荷物預かりだけでもできますか？」と伺ったが、「もうチェックインのお手続きしても大丈夫ですよ」と取り合って貰えて親切でした(今回が特別だっただけかもしれないので、この部分に期待はしすぎないようにしましょう) 横浜でのライブのために利用させて頂きました(横浜周辺のホテルはお高めなので…) 横浜までバス込でも30分、都内まででも20分で行けるとてもいい立地でした。また次回も利用させて頂きます。ありがとうございました

Cons: ・2人部屋に泊まらせていただいたのですが、部屋が5階だったので昇り降りが少し面倒でした。それでも普通の5階建て建物よりは低いので(せいぜい3階分くらい？)、特別良くなかった、という訳では無いです。1人部屋を利用した友人は地下の方の部屋だったので、1人の方は気にしなくていいと思います ・テレビは小さかったです。個人的にはテレビ全然使わないので困りませんでしたが、家族連れだと気にした方がいいポイントだと思います ・お風呂場は「浴槽・洗面台・トイレ」が一緒の空間にある、いわゆる『3点ユニットバス』です。浴槽は狭い(ちょいぽちゃ成人男性がギリギリ)のでシャワーが基本になるかと思います

Clean, quiet, friendly staff, affordable

Pros: Nice and simple room. No room service when staying for a week, as we did, but you got all you needed for a short and affordable stay as a tourist. Rice cooker, microwave, washing mashine and good air condition, as well as a bath tub and shower. Wifi was also Ok. Could also change towels for free 1 time. The staff was very friendly. A convenience store next door, 8 minute walk to the train station. Cozy quiet neighbourhood, away from the busy city center. Would highly recommend if you want to live affordable when touring around tokyo during the day.

Cons: Did not have elevator, lived on the fifth floor. But it was not a problem really. The room smelled a bit from smoke when we got there.
