Lovely staff, great bath.

Pros: Really nice staff. Breakfast in the morning was a lovely surprise. Bath is fantastic. Videos on demand made for a nice staycation in the room.

Pros: Felt very welcomed, all receptionists were very nice to us. We were provided a great breakfast and ice cream even though we didn't have them in our booking. The room was huge. Felt like we rented apartments, not a hotel room 😅 A lot of amenities avaliable. Nice and quiet neighbourhood, hotel is also nice and quiet.

Cons: Not enough light in the room, noisy AC. Location is both great and not great: it's very close to the subway, but the station itself is quite far from the center of the city. Room would like some renovation. Shower pressure was not great and it took a couple of minutes for water to get warm, for some reason water taps didn't have the same problem.

Cozy couple getaway

Pros: Varying amenities and big retro bath tub, big cosy room and aromatherapy. Free adult movies to add spice for couples. Safe environment and quiet suburban surroundings. Very near Hirai station. its 5 stops away from Akihabara station (JR East).

Cons: Location a bit out of central tokyo, next to train track but did not bother much by noise,

Biggest Tokyo hotel room I've stayed in

Pros: Biggest Tokyo hotel room I've stayed in, never had a tank of iced drinking water in my room before! Staff were very casual and nice and gave us free snacks. Convenient location too.

Cons: Careful of the sliding window with no guardrail

Perfect

Pros: Amazing place, so clean and we had a very comfortable stay. The ladies were so friendly and made our stay perfect. The facilities are great and the train station is a couple minute walk away, where you can get to all over. Highly recommend :)

Great stay on the east side of tokyo.

Pros: Really nice staff - super kind and patient. Had posters to point at for welcome drink and breakfast time options which is great if you don't speak Japanese. You could select your amenities in the lobby to take with you (like bubble bath!). Room is large. Bathtub is a jet tub and super luxurious. Everything was exceptionally clean. The pros of this kind of hotel is you get ALOT OF SPACE. Right near the station. Would definitely stay again.
