Comfortable

Pros: The property has great amenities, very comfortable for family to stay for long stays

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this modern villa. On top of all the comfort, the host has been extremely helpful both at the beginning of our stay, allowing us to leave the luggage in the garage before the check-in, and at the end (offering to help with some items forgotten in the house). Very well located close to many shopping options, but in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We would definitely return.

Peaceful, elegant, comfortable and well set-up stylish home away from home in a great location!

Pros: The roof-top outdoor lounge with views over tree tops and the city toward Tokyo Tower accessed via lift (also handy for arrival with luggage). Self check-in was an option with keyless entry, however the host greeted us on arrival and that was delightful. Quite and peaceful location in a relaxed, friendly neighbourhood. Tea/coffee provided, with some drinks and snacks - always so helpful and appreciated, especially if arriving late at night. Also hair tongs/ blow dryer, umbrella, adapters, etc. Close to convenience store, Nezu Museum, Blue Note Jazz Club (brilliant!), fashion shops, smart cafes, Roppongi and more.

Cons: Nothing! It was a wonderful place to stay.

Amazing find in Tokyo close to the central areas but giving you a quiet space

Pros: The place is newly renovated with all the mod cons. Bedrooms and communal room sizes are big for tokyo and there is a rooftop woth a view which works for breakfast or an evening of entertainment. The private elevator was very convenient and the main bathroom which is a wet room was spacious and functions well for families and kids. They provided high end cleaning products for the bathroom as well as a laundry woth a modern washing machine. They provided some basics for food and beverages on entry. There is a 7eleven within a 5 min walk. The area is very peaceful and quiet.

Cons: The road to the apartment is small and can be hard to reach for some taxis. The communication between the host was very good but could be improved for more specific requests. The guide was useful.

Pros: 位置非常棒，我们走路去逛了最喜欢的表参道街区，吃饭购物都非常方便。房子的装饰也很有风格。房主准备了非常多的水果零食和饮料，听着黑胶，十分开心

Cons: 房子隔音有一点小问题。base的卧室能听到三楼的响动。

Pros: Nice clean home with great amenities to keep us safe and warm.

Cons: The narrow street access to get vehicles in, they could have included more towels and better pillows. We had to wash our towels everyday and the machine washer/dryer took over 4 hours - too long.

Pros: The property is well located in a quiet and upscale area, it had more than enough space for our family of 4, and it was extremely clean. The villa was a relaxing and comfortable space to come home to after long days of sightseeing.

Cons: No complaints.

가족들과 머물기 좋은 숙소입니다.

Pros: 가족 끼리 오기 너무 좋은 숙소입니다. 시설도 최신이고 깨끗해서 아이랑도 잘 보냈습니다. 거실에는 낭만적으로 lp도 들을 수 있고, 대부분 시설이 구비되어있어 편리합니다. 그리고 우리만 있어서 밤 늦게까지 술자리를 가져도 전혀 문제없습니다.

Cons: 다만 숙소 크기 대비 샤워실이 1개만 있어서 아쉬웠습니다.

Pros: I liked everything about the place, the hostess was amazing and the hospitality was amazing. Will forsure be comming back.

Pros: 部屋がクリーニングされていて、気持ちよく過ごせました。 子どもたち用のドリンクも用意してくれていました。 屋上から東京タワーが見えて、よかったです。

Cons: チェックインの際タイミングが悪く、1時間待ちました。
