Nice tatami mat house experience

Pros: The host was warm and the accommodation was comfortable for a Japanese house with tatami mat experience. It was lovely and warm. There were 2 bus stations nearby, depending on your destination. If you have luggages, best to take one from the shin-koiwa to the nearest to the accommodation. There were complains of bugs from others previously but thankfully we didn't encounter anything as such. There were a cute section of others giving notes to the host. Such a cute courtesy

Good value to stay.

Pros: Good budget option to have a long stay for private lodging. Tatami(たたみ) in room is new and clean. Quiet place location around residential area. Private free parking space suits for intermediate and compact vehicle, couple paid parking slot around if you drive large car. 10~15 minutes walk to Shin-koiwa Station. Easy metro transportation to access Skytree, Asakusa, and Ueno. Equipped with wash machine and no cloth dryer. Kitchen stuffs could be more, consider to have options for kids.

快適で楽しかった！

Pros: こぢんまりとした一軒家で駐車場もあって快適でした。道に迷ってしまいましたがホストの方がすぐに対応してくださり、無事に辿り着くことができました。リビングは明るくて快適で、寝室は布団を敷いて広々と寝ることができました。スカイツリーもとても近かったです。

虫が平気なら快適に過ごせた。

Pros: 広く、設備が整っていた。ホストもきちんとコミュニケーションを取ってくれた。リビングもコンパクトながら大きなテレビと気持ちの良いソファでくつろげた。 ハイハイの乳児がいるため、布団なのは危険がなくて安心だった。

Cons: 一軒家なので仕方ないが、風呂場にゴキブリとゲジゲジが出てきた。 食器洗いのスポンジがかなり使われたもので、衛生的ではなかった。

Pros: まるで我が家に帰られたかのような心地よさで、大変快適に過ごしいたしました。また、駅からの近さも非常に便利で、オーナー様とのコミュニケーションも心温まるものでした。
