nice and cozy

Pros: Location was great heaps of local dining and bars easy walking to public transport and lots of n convenience stores

Pros: Everything was good. Quiet neighborhood, easy access.

Cons: Need a manual in English to understand how to use the washer and dryer feature. Google translate didn’t help very much.

Nice place!

Pros: I booked this place as a place to stay for when we returned to Tokyo and planned to fly out the next day. I was delighted by the cute neighborhood it was located it. It has a cute shopping and restaurant area nearby. The space was comfortable for 5 people.

Cons: Random, but they didn't have any real ceramic tea cups/mugs, only plastic ones. I didn't want to put my boiling water from the electric kettle into plastic mugs.

Overall it was good

Pros: It fits to sleep 6 of us. It fully equipped with machine machine, fridge, etc

Cons: The villa entrance is too narrow and cramped. Rooms located in ground and second floor while first floor is the kitchen and living room. Toilet located on ground floor. So to shower or to use toilet we need to go down to ground floor from second floor. Floor is squeaky and too narrow.

Pros: 大人数が比較的安価で泊まれるので良かったです！ みんなで利用できるリビングがあるので結構楽しいです。

Cons: 閑静な住宅街にあるので少し音に気を使う必要があります。

Good stay good place bad link to instructions

Pros: The booking was reasonably priced, and the location was good for us. Close to station and convenience stores. The place was clean and easy to maneuver around. Plenty of space and beds.

Cons: The exact address does not lead to the house that is actually up the drive way behind the building the address shows. Was little challenged to find it. But also the owner or whoever runs the property was difficult to get a hold of. The phone wasn’t being answered and the emails were never replied to. The initial email how to get into the house did not work. There was a link but it did not open the file for the instructions on where the house is and where the key to get into the house. We sat outside in freezing weather trying to get a hold of the person and was not successful. Please fix the link for the instructions. We really thought we were scammed and had to find another place. Thank god a man came out of a building and a waitress from a restaurant helped us get a hold of owner after many attempts.

初めての民泊だったが、自由と高揚感があり楽しかった

Pros: ・3階建てでベッドルームも全員分あり、また食器や洗濯機など自由に使える家具が多く揃っていた。 ・チェックインやチェックアウト等も気軽にでき、より自由な滞在を楽しめた。 ・付近にも飲食店やコンビニが多くあり駅からも遠くないため立地がよかった。

Cons: ・建物の古さもあるかもしれないが少し埃っぽかった。 ・すぐそばに近隣住民の方々が多くいるので、騒ぎ過ぎるとトラブル等に発達するかもしれない（1日目に騒ぎ過ぎて通報があり、警察の方がお見えになられた）
