Pros: The size of house and new home with new facilities

Fantastic location, good for group

Pros: Fantastic location right next to train station. Comfortable beds. Heat pumps in every bedroom and in the living area were great for keeping the whole house nice and warm. Nice living area space. Could hear the trains a little from the top bedroom but was not at all bothersome even though I'm a light sleeper.

Cons: Would have been a 10/10 except that the host forgot to give us the entry code before check-in time, couldn't get through to them on the supplied phone numbers so we were stuck out in the cold for 30 minutes or so - but they got back to us soon after that. Given the other really good reviews I'm sure this was a one-off and won't happen again. As other reviews have noted, the stairs are quite narrow and steep so just be aware of that. There is a bedroom on the bottom floor though too so don't have to take all luggage up the stairs.

Cons: location was a bit far from central tokyo but it’s okay. i think would improve if supplied some basic toiletries and if the rooms had a bedside table to put things on when sleeping

Pros: Clean and comfortable house 2 minutes walk from the metro station. We especially enjoyed that it's set in a suburban residential neighborhood so we could get a taste of life as a local and visit the local grocers and restaurants in the vicinity. Easy metro ride to Ginza, Asakusa, Tokyo Skytree etc. Loved our stay here.

Excellent Stay, Clean & tidy with great location for train station.

Pros: Excellent location, to jump on trains to explore Tokyo and japan.

Cons: took some time working out drying room and filling the bath, but ok once we had translated the controls.

Great House, close to train and shop. Everything included.

Pros: The hotel is 2 minutes walk to a family mart and train station! It had everything you required supplied - toiletries, laundry powers, kitchen ware. Tour maps in many languages, a folder of local food shops etc. The beds were comfy, the whole house immaculate. Loved the whole house, just beware, 3 level house with stairs only. If you are old or have mobility issues, might be hard to get up stairs. There is a toilet shower and bedroom on base level, however kitchen is 2nd level. I loved the whole place

Pros: near to train station and family mart, this house come with 2 toilet and 1 bath room. which is perfect for big family size.

Cons: dont know where to throw the trash, will have to leave it at the house and the host will take care of it. it leave the kitchen area with a smell.

I will book it again.

Pros: It’s the best accommodation I ever booked from booking, my family spent 2 wonderful days here. It’s a brand new and clean house with 3 floors, and quite easy to the carton decorated train station.

30-seconds to train station!

Pros: What sold me on this place on initial booking was that this was a brand new build (google maps didnt even have a photo of the house yet) and very close to the train station according to Google Maps. Once we arrived we didn't realize HOW close this station really was. And with the Family Mart right at the exit of the station, we were able to do daily groceries for what we needed. Also not too far from Aoto Station where we stayed at before which has many more choices for food spots or groceries as well. The owners are very thoughtful and even have a youtube channel with places to check out and even a video tour of the house which is really great! Provided most of the amenities we needed.
