very nice

Pros: Good location but little hard to find the entrance, I recommend putting a sign board or name in front for easier access. Big room, Good bathroom and good amendities.

Cons: The hot water stoped working after the first day, only cold water for bathing.

Pros: I was little bit scared what to expect because this place doesn't have the best reviews but i was pleasently suprised. It was super clean, beds were huge, we got fresh towels, shampoo, toothbrushes with toothpastes, basically anything you might need. The location is also super nice, very close to metro station in the nice quiet area. Would stay there again!

Cons: the wifi wasn't working well. that's the only minus

Value for money with comfortable stay and family mart just beside and also eatery shop.

Pros: Near to Nippoli Station with JR can reach major places in Tokyo. This station no have subway. Many eatery surround, quite place good for stay.
