Great place for a group trip, we enjoyed staying here!
Pros: This property is excellent for a group travel, with comfortable bedrooms and great living room area. The location is excellent, close to the station and stores, there is even a great vending machine with fresh orange juice nearby that we loved!

Pros: Everything was great there. Modern interior of the flat. Fully equipped kitchen and living room. Nice bathroom. Easy check-in and check-out process. Good location, about 8 min walk from the nearest metro/train station.

Great place for a family
Pros: I stayed here for three days with my family of four people and it was great. The house is clean, the host is hospitable and the location is great. It is a 15 minute walk from the Yamanote line station. I absolutely recommend this place and definitely will stay here again.

A pleasant 3 story town house 10 minutes away from transport with shops and restruants
Pros: The location was good only a 10 minute walk to train station, 5 minutes to bus stop. Having 3 bedrooms. Clean, modern. 2 toilets, one on the 3rd floor with the top two bedrooms, one on the ground floor. Enjoyed running up and down the stairs. Handy Seven Eleven around the corner, supermarket pleasant 5 minute walk away, many small interesting resturants in the area, any question we had was answered very quickly and positively. Was a wonderful weeks stay, I'd happerly recommend
Cons: I didn't mind, but some people may, only one bath shower on 1st floor, rooms spread over 3 floors. 1st floor bedroom with shower,bath and toilet, 2nd Kitchen loumgroom, 3rd two bedrooms then top floor rooftop deck. Point being anyone that doesnt like walking up steps this won't work, but we found no problem, my kids, wife and friend.

Beautiful apartment close to Uguisudani Station
Pros: Very nice apartment with good location and spacious bedrooms. Convenient to have 2 toilets, on the ground floor and third floor. Kitchen was a good size and had everything we needed.
Cons: Would be good to have some more pegs to hang laundry on the rooftop. Maybe need some instructions on how to use the grill and stovetop. We didn't know how to turn off the gas, but received excellent support from the host.

距離地鐵走路11分鐘，搭公車可以走6分鐘，很棒空間充足，只是要爬樓梯到三樓房間
Pros: 三個雙人房，雙人床夠大可以足夠兩個人睡還可以自由翻身，廁所🚽有兩間，浴室浴缸很舒服，熱水很充足，廚房器具齊全，吹風機是戴森，還有捲髮器
Cons: 要爬樓梯到三樓，大件行李🧳會比較辛苦一點，開暖氣再開其他電器如熱水壺或微波爐，用電量太大可能會跳電！

Beautiful house with complete amenities
Pros: The house was clean, beautiful and looks new. The host was clearly thoughtful by providing all the amenities. They even provide umbrellas in case of raining. Location was good: a quiet neighborhood but still pretty close to important places. 12 mins from Uguisudani station.
Cons: There are 2 toilet at 1st and 3rd floor, while living room and kitchen at 2nd floor. It didn't bother us that much but something to consider.

Pros: 距離車站及便利超商很近，室內的各種設備齊全，並且佈置得十分溫馨美觀，冬天時重要的熱水暖氣也運作正常，客廳地毯下甚至也有加熱。 以東京市區周邊住宿來說，室內空間算是非常寬敞了(我貼出的照片因為是廣角有點扭曲空間，但實際使用上客廳應該將近12m²大小，6個人來說還是挺大)。 業者服務親切周到，回覆訊息也非常即時，非常感謝！
Cons: 以下是個人主觀感受到的問題，有可能是我不會操作或是其他可能性，不一定是業者的缺失，僅供參考。 1：頂樓晾衣服的晾衣架繩索好像有零件故障，不太好使用。 2：一樓免治馬桶的坐墊加熱功能似乎有故障。 3：電視的網飛PIN在入住指南及室內都沒找到，無法使用。
