Great stay comfortable clean with great location

Pros: I returned here on the same trip for my final night it was great location vise and very comfortable I was solo but I imagine it would be great for families since I stayed in other places during the trip and they were far smaller for the same price as I payed here

A gem in Tokyo

Pros: The rooftop terrace was a wonderful place to retreat to after a long day sightseeing. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was a quieter neighbourhood, which was close to the river, so excellent for morning walks.

Pros: Quiet, family friendly accommodation. Easy walk to Skytree and Asakusa, with good transport links to other areas of Tokyo via Ryoguko station a few minutes walk away. The view of the skytree from the rooftop of the hotel is an added bonus!

Cons: The beds were very firm.

Excellent hotel, welcoming and helpful staff, great location.

Pros: The staff went above and beyond to help me with a work issue which required Japanese speaking - thank you. The room was so well equipped and made a week's stay very comfortable - a fridge, microwave, and washing machine go a long way!

Cons: There was some building work going on next door which was noisy at points, but the staff notified us immediately and provided ear plugs, which was very considerate

Pros: Was very clean and in a fairly convenient location. Very friendly staff.

Cons: Was in a group of 3 so got a double bed and a sofa bed. Wished the beds were either 3 single or a bigger bed for the one that was shared.

Pros: The room was spacious, contrary to what we had read online. It was an 8-10 minutes walk from the nearest metro station. Very good and calm locality, great staff behavior. I would recommend this hotel for any family.

Excellent location and staff

Pros: Staff was amazing Aiz, Maricel went over and above to help make our stay pleasant. The other young lady on reception was also very kind and helpful apologies forgot her name
