Nice little gem in down town

Pros: Great communication, clear instructions, clean tidy room even though a bit small it has got everything we need during the stay

Cons: A bit cramped space, location was a bit far from main subway service

Pros: The staff went out of their way to accommodate early check in. The apartment was perfect and had all amenities needed and was in a great neighborhood and very close to train stations.

Comfort in Kuramae

Pros: We enjoyed many things such as: 1) The close proximity to Kuramae station. 2) The helpful staff who kept in contact via WhatsApp and the booking.com app. 3) The modern layout of the apartment was very comfortable for our family of 2 adults + 2 children

Cons: Everything was perfect

Pros: Convenient location within manageable walking distance from train station. The place was clean and there were convenient stores and eating places nearby as well.

Really loved this accomodation and was sad to leave

Pros: Spacious, clean, beautiful location, easy to access by train, great coffee and food options, our favourite place to stay in Tokyo- more spacious than most. It came with a balcony, washing machine/dryer and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here and it fit two children and two adults comfortably. Very good communication from hosts and very easy check in process. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Pros: The location is convenient and all promised facilities have been provided. Location is correct on google maps.

Cons: Check-in communication was a little difficult has we couldn’t message or email the property. Room on 4th floor which we weren’t aware of

Cons: Some dishes were not cleaned properly and a dish towel or at least a roll of paper towels would have been nice. They could reorganize the kitchen area better. Says hotel, but it's really not like a hotel. Three flights of stairs, no elevator, no hotel lobby or anything like that, seemed like there were only three rooms in the whole place. I would not use the term \

Pros: 普通のビジネスホテルに比べ広いため、子連れには使い勝手が良かった。 食器やまな板などもシンプルで清潔感があった。 ドライヤーもダイソンで使いやすかった。 防音がなされているせいか、外の音もほぼ聞こえなかった。

Cons: ハンガーがズボンをかけるタイプのものばかりで、コートをかける通常のハンガーが一本しかなかった。

Pros: Everything was nice, clean, very nice Japanese style

Pros: 地點離地鐵站很近，走路5分鐘就會到 住宿體驗很不錯，東西設備都很新 床也很好睡 下次有機會還會想來住^^
