Pros: We love this place. Great location, nice and quiet, easy access to public transport and local shops. Great size for a family of 4, plenty of space for luggage.

Cons: Nothing we don't like about the place.

Pros: Comfortable bed, very recommended as the area is quiet and very near to Shiinamachi Station (one stop away from Ikebukuro Station). There is 7e nearby. House is clean (although can be improved). All necessities are provided (shower gel, shampoo, detergent, towels etc)

Pros: Stayed there as a family of four, it was comfortable enough. The bathroom layout is very convenient for a family. The beds are very comfortable. Just a little far from the main city center but a short walk to the metro.

Pros: 料金も安く、清潔感があって良かった。近くにリーズナブルな駐車場やコンビニも近くにあって助かった。ベッドもちょうど良い硬さで、大人2人で1台のベッドに寝ても快適だった。食事スペースが狭いので、小さな折りたたみのテーブル等があると助かります。

Pros: 雖然距離地貼有一小段路，但整體來說蠻喜歡這間房型，而且附近也有澡堂，如果同住的人比較多的話，可以去澡堂洗澡節省時間，也可以順便體驗一下當地的澡堂我們入住的天數比較長，所以倒數兩天時垃圾桶其實不夠裝，衛生紙也不太夠(備品也被我們用完了)，但想說剩下天數不多，也就沒跟房東反應，我們自行解決這部分的小問題但我相信如果有跟房東提需求的話，他們一定會盡量滿足的 : )
