Great place
Pros: I liked that it had a cooking area and how amazing the shower was

Enjoyed my stay in this complex, easy access to subway,
Pros: Was familiar with the area from previous night walks in that district . Access to two subway systems. Two stop to Diver city, Yamanote line to main cities. Access to Lawson, two 7-elevens.
Cons: The cable wire was disconnected, so no local television for a whole week, until last day I was looking for a usb port, notice cable wire disconnected. Towel smell after one usage, cold air coming from the vent in restroom, couldn’t find off switch. draft from main door created dust on top half of door . Old spaghetti noodle in microwave. Freeway noise, shut bedroom door and fades away.

Niczego nie brakowało.
Pros: Małe czyste mieszkanko w tej dobrej cenie. Z mikrofalówką, pralko-suszarka. Blisko to stacji Tamachi i Mita. Wszędzie łatwo się dostać. W okolicy Family Mart.
Cons: Brak możliwości zostawienia bagażu przy przedłużonym pobycie. Trzeba było opuścić pokój do 10. Bagaż zanieść do płatnej skrytki na stacji i dopiero znowu o 16 była możliwość wejścia. Brak możliwości załatwienia sprawy z na żywo z czlowiekiem tylko poprzez rozmowę na bookingu. To postrzegam jako duży minus.

Pros: The place was very clean, comfortable, safe and affordable. There's a Washing machine and dryer hairdryer microwave water heater humidifier aircon with heater iron massage chair refrigerator Location was excellent, noise was not an issue for us because it wasn't that noisy as stated on other reviews. Wifi was excellent Heater really helped a lot! Location was a like a 4-minute walk going to shibaura-futon station and a 15-minute walk to tamachi station. Family mart was one block away.
Cons: Nothing.

Para viajeros autosuficientes e independientes no pretensiosos
Pros: Estaba limpio y a pesar de que llegue antes de la hora de check in pude hacer check-in adelantado por una tarifa extra, lo que me permitió usar esas horas para descansar del vuelo en los sillones de masaje en la habitación. Ideal para personas que viajan solas y sin problemas para caminar 15 minutos a la estación. No habían malos olores y en el instructivo que te envían ESTABA TODA la información necesaria para entrar y como usar el equipamiento de la habitación. Hay una tienda justo cruzando la calle y a 30 minutos caminando está sengakuji y la tumba de los 47 ronin y otros lugares de interés.
Cons: No es algo que no me gustara, pero si necesitas ayuda para indicaciones o recepción no lo recomiendo por qué es un lugar donde te haces el check in tu mismo y recibes la información para acceder a la habitación , pero si no te complica es perfecto para viajeros autosuficientes . Quizás el ruido de la carretera pueda afectar, pero luego de estar todo el día fuera y llegar cansado no tuve problema para dormir

Solo traveler first experience would do it again
Pros: The proximity to Family mart ( next door) shibaura-futo station, tamachi, and mita station. The Room was good for in and out no interaction since it was key pad based. Everything in the apartment was perfect for a solo / even minimalist couple traveler. There was an electic stove, water kettle, microwave, mini fridge, hair dryer, mini vacuum( surprisingly powerful), washer/dry combo machine, and drying line. The little massage chair was a godsend and the dehumidifier + air purifier was nice There is also an air exchange square that allows fresh air to circulate in. I spent 5 days and 4 nights and was able to sleep with out much of anything bothering me. the walk is quite outside since Minato is more of a business area vs ropponi ( 10 min uber, 35 train) Very clean area
Cons: Washer/dry has a strong distince smell almost like durian. I got used to it however if someone has sensitive smell they may not be able to stand it. You do feel the rail way, for me I noticed it but didn't it didn't bother me too much The battery on the apartment door ran out of juice so after an hour and 30 mins after talking to the host; I bought a 9v battery to jumpstart it and 4 double A to replace it. The direction is a bit weird you have to search this [ 3-chōme-17-9 Kaigan, Minato City, Tokyo 108-0022, Japan ] or Google might get confused. distance is a little far max is 16 mins from tamachi There not many food options unless you go to the major cities

Pros: ห้องโอเคดีค่ะ อยู่สามคนไม่ได้อึดอัดขนาดนั้น เก้าอี้นวดก็ดีค่ะ เดินจากสถานีก็พอไดัค่ะ แอบไกลนิดนึง เข้าห้องง่ายดีค่ะแค่กดเลขก็ได้แล้ว สะดวกดีค่ะ
Cons: หมอนนุ่มไปมากค่ะ มันต่ำเกินนอนไม่สบาย ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่นนิดหน่อย ตอนนอนได้ยินเสียงรถอยู่ตลอด

立地の不便さが気にならない人には、かなりお勧めできます。
Pros: 部屋には十分な広さがありましたし、設備も揃っていました。 至近にコンビニエンスストアとスーパーマーケットがあり、自炊にも苦労がありませんでした。 マッサージチェアが最高！腰と尻だけでも疲れがとれるのはありがたかったです。 山手線徒歩12分でこの価格はありがたいです。 同じく徒歩12分にある港区スポーツセンターも設備が充実していてビックリしました。ビジター800円は破格のお値段。
Cons: 防音は十分でしたが、部屋付のインターネット速度が実測12MB程度でしたので、リモートワーク用途ならモバイルルーター持参が良いと思います。 コンロがIHの一口なので、家族で滞在するには料理を諦める必要があります（食器は十分な数が揃ってました）。 洗濯物を干すさいに、ベランダの汚れが気になりました。
