Worth to stay

Pros: The room is quite big. The toiket and showeroom are separated. You even get the balconies with the view of the Tokyo skytree. I am amazed by the staff member response also. They are very good and perfect

Cons: Nothing at all

Clean and complete short stay

Pros: Spent one night here on the way to the airport. The room was compact, but complete and very clean. Good location.

Cons: The beds were a bit small for a tall person

Pros: The accommodation was clean and well-kept, and the host was communicative, polite and helpful. Perfect for two people! The location was also excellent, within walking distance of the Skytree, Oshiage station. and busses to Disneyland and Disney Sea.

A jewel of a place, with all mod cons.

Pros: The room was fully equipped with washing machine, microwave + cooking pan & hotplate. Spotlessly clean, and a good size for a Japanese hotel room. Washing can be aired dry on the balcony. Very convenient for the Skytree metro station, one stop along which you can switch to the JR line (useful if you have a (tourist) JR Travel Pass). I recommend exiting the Skytree station (Oschiage) via Exit B1. Excellent communication with the owner at all times. Great value for money. If we come to Tokyo again, this will be our first choice - if there is a free room!

Cons: Nothing really

Helpful owner and nice apartment

Pros: Very well equipped, helpful owner, comfortable beds, great shower and bath, powerful wifi

Cons: There are stairs (very steep) that can't be avoided before the elevator. As in most apartments in Japan- no knife (why??), There is also no TV. That was not a problem for us but you should consider that because most renters consider that obvious.

Pros: 地點很好到晴空塔押上地鐵站走路5分鐘內 逛街覓食容易，推薦隔壁的韓國料理很好吃 房間乾淨床是比較矮跟軟的，個人是覺得很好睡 備品足夠要洗衣服、簡單熱餐食沒問題 入住期間任何問題房東回覆都很迅速 Check in 很簡單

Cons: 浴室希望有個掛勾或架子可以放衣物 一樓到二樓只有樓梯，有老人家要扛行李的注意 隔音普通晚上到10點多街上會有點吵，再晚就安靜了

Pros: 屋主於入住前的說明很完善，booking上的回覆很即時；房內張貼有屋主的聯繫方式，有需求的話可以很快找到，也不用擔心語言不通，屋主會用翻譯軟體，溝通無礙 房間環境很適合家庭居住，是很接近日本家庭式住宅的配置，我們住的房間也可以看到市區景致，很棒也很喜歡，交通也非常方便，走路五分鐘就是晴空塔，晴空塔有直達迪士尼的巴士，如果居住這個地點的話完全可以納入行程考量 謝謝非常貼心的屋主，推薦給所有要去東京旅遊的人

Convenient, comfortable, easy check-in.

Pros: Convenient to subway and shopping. Easy access from Narita airport. Self checkin was nice. Laundry in room was nice.

Cons: Bed was harder than we expected. It was like sleeping on elevated floor.

Comfortable and Affordable

Pros: The view is just right. It's not too close and not too far to admire the beautiful Tokyo Sky tree. I was admiring the color variations throughout the night. I placed an UberEATS order for Fridays Restaurant and it was easy to retrieve. The check-in instructions included photos which made it easy to retrieve the keys and enter without any issues. It was a compact mini suite with a bigger feel. All of the basic necessities were included, shampoo, body wash, dishes, pots, towels, laundry soap, electric cooktop, sink, toilet, shower, tub, and 2 beds with comfy duvets. The balcony is larger than the average walkout balconies in the area and there is space to hang laundry. The neighborhood is very walkable, and the property is close to the station within 4 minutes or so. There are tons of restaurants and things to do within a short walk and currently there is a Yakiniku business immediately on the ground level.

Cons: There wasn't a TV in the room, but we used our laptops as we weren't there for more than 1 night. It's not a bad thing just to note for someone who needs it. Entry is in between buildings so it can be easy to miss it at night just be aware, it's not really a negative as the building numbers are visible on the side of each building. The sound of traffic occasionally moving throughout the night is very noticeable. The owners did supply earplugs, but I didn't use them. The beds were very firm, but the duvets help create a balance. These aren't negatives for me but noteworthy things for someone else.
