Enjoyed the location

Pros: The greatest advantage of this accomodation is the location, only 5 minutes of walk to Tokyo Skytree and Solamachi mall. Also walkable to Senso-ji. Not very spaceous, but still possible to do the packing: 2 adults, 2 kids, 2 large opened suitcases and 2 small ones. The communication with the host was smooth

Great experience

Pros: Very comfortable and clean apartment, everything you need was provided. There was an elevator, what was extremely convenient. The location is great as well, close to two major metro lines and right next to Skytree. Even then, it was a quiet location. The host was very friendly and helpful, answered any question almost instantly. I was even allowed to check in much earlier, because the apartment was already prepared at 12. I will definitely keep that apartment in saves for our next trip to Japan :)

Great Value for a Sizable Apartment in a Great Location

Pros: I give it a 10 because of its value and space given Japan's standards. Staying in an apartment setup gives much more space than staying in a hotel that costs maybe 2x or more. And the location! The view of the Skytree everyday! Also have 2 convenience stores so nearby (Aeon and 7-eleven). And 2 train exits that are close enough when going to other parts of the city. The self check-in aspect also works for me. They are quick to respond if you message them. If you keep the sliding door closed, it's quiet at night. The breeze would have been nice at night if the sliding door was open, but there could be a bit of noise from the street. But it's a relatively quiet area as opposed to staying in other areas like Shinjuku, Ginza, etc.

Cons: Not that I didn't like... but to manage expectations for future guests. Of course it's not a hotel. You won't get cleaning service. And if there are a number of you and staying for a number of days... there will come a point that you would have to clean the apartment. And also there's the added responsibility of cleaning up before checking out. A few tips and reminders for future guests: bring toothbrush and toothpaste. They don't provide. Also if you plan to make your own coffee (there's a water pot), bring a mug or an insulated tumbler. We didn't see any mugs or cups suitable for hot drinks. And if you can either bring an old bathroom mat or buy a cheap one from daiso or seria.

Comfortable and close to facilities. Spectacular views of Skytree from the street out the front.

Pros: Location was close to many shopping facilities. 7Eleven just around the corner plus many eateries.

Cons: A kettle was provided but not coffee mugs. No tea towels.(Probably a western preference)

Pros: This location was amazing. It was close to the train, we had a view of the Skytree and there is 7/11 and other food very close. It was easy to navigate here and the instructions the staff sent for check in were very clear and easy to use. It's small, but perfect!

Pros: The beds, location and staff were amazing. Don't forget the perfect view of the Tokyo Skytree! Will definitely come back here in the near future!
