Was very nice and modern. Good size accommodation. Great facilities for cooking/washing.

Pros: Location was fantastic. Short walk to the train line. Clean and modern. The accommodation had plenty of space to fit my family of 5. Great facilities available for cooking and washing.

Cons: Beds were ok. Not the best. Not the worst. Still not 100% certain if we were getting bitten by things outside whilst walking around or if it was bed bugs.

特にファミリー利用にオススメです。

Pros: 家族5人で利用するには充分なサイズです。建物は古めですが数日の宿泊空間としては充分です。風呂もバスタブにためることができシャワーの圧力や温度も充分でした。部屋のドアを開ける際に悲鳴に近い音がして中に人がいるのかと思いましたが、ドアの金具に油をさせは直るかと思います。予約時に必要以上の個人情報の提供を求めない適切な管理がされています。目の前のコインパーキングが空いていれば料金も高すぎず打ち止めもあり便利です。3階の部屋もエレベーターなしなので大きな荷物があると少し大変かもしれません。大塚駅に散策しながら行ける距離で多国籍な店が多く大きくはないですが街も楽しめます。また利用したいと思いました。
