Clean, comfortable and convenient

Pros: It was clean, comfortable and in a good location about a 10 min pleasant walk to shops and train station. Was also on the Yamanote Line so handy and easy to travel where you needed to go. Also communication was detailed as to how to get to the property the check in/check out information was superb. Would recommend staying there, this is a good size for Tokyo and us being 4 adults had plenty of room

Cons: Some net curtains for natural light and privacy would be a plus as would even a small tv but it wouldn’t deter us from staying there again

It was clean and new

Pros: i liked how clean and new the apartment was, all essentials were there. Its a quite and safe neighborhood

Cons: its on a third floor, so arriving with a luggae is very inconvenient. A lot of rules, were not even allowed to roll our suitcases from the station to not make noise, since we arrived after 22:00. The apartment is smaller in real life than looks in pictures.

Exciting stay in Tokyo

Pros: Near train station and convenience stores Everything we needed was there and fully stocked The owner is fast to respond with inquiries and helpful

Cons: Due to earthquakes in tokyo, the residence does not have any elevators. So if you're with elderly or have large and heavy luggages it might pose a few problems.
