Pros: Clean and conveniently placed 15minutes walk to ikebukuro or 5minutes to itabashi station. Jin was always super reactive and helpful when I had question. Would definitely go back if I have the opportunity !

Pros: Very nice, comfortable apartment. Perfect for me and the couple I was traveling with. We had enough privacy, and the space was extremely efficient. The owner communicated well and gave us plenty of information up front and throughout the course of a 3-day trip. I highly recommend it. The temperatures in Tokyo that week were very high, but the air conditioning worked perfectly. We also use the laundry machine, which is both a washer and a dryer. It was very effective, although it did take a little longer than what we were used to. We didn't use any of the cooking appliances, but there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Everything was compact, but again, the layout was very efficient. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons: For the three of us travelers, the apartment laid out beautifully. It was a 10-minute walk to the train station. We use that as well as local drivers. Can't really think of anything I didn't like about this property. I would highly recommend it.
