Pros: I was extremely satisfied with this accommodation. The room was clean and neatly arranged, and it looked exactly the same as it did in the photos. The location was also very convenient—it’s close to Disneyland, and the surrounding living facilities are fully equipped. The host was easy to get in touch with and very friendly; they responded patiently and thoughtfully whenever I had any questions or issues. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and I would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The facilities are quite basic, and the bathroom is a bit dated. But I had checked the photos before arriving, and the place matched the pictures exactly and was clean. It’s probably an apartment, so there wasn’t much the host could do about it. The common areas weren’t very tidy, though. I’d recommend against booking here if you’re particular about that sort of thing. Personally, I just care that the room itself is clean, so I’d give it a 9 out of 10 for cleanliness.

Pros: 浴室や水回りは少し古さを感じますが、とても清潔で匂いもなく、しっかり掃除されているのが伝わってきました。客室も快適で、細かいところまで丁寧に清掃されており、安心して過ごせました。お部屋の雰囲気や配置も工夫されていて、居心地が良かったです。 周辺には飲食店が多く、生活にとても便利でした。最寄り駅までは徒歩約10分ほどで、ディズニーへのアクセスも良く、立地面でも満足できる宿だと思います。
