Room was clean and quiet. We had a great time.

Pros: Walking distance to multiple stations, Ueno Park, Senso-ji shrine, great restaurants and plenty of convenience stores. Room was clean, enough amenities to use while you stay (if you wish to cook during your stay). Response time to questions via email was super quick and efficient. Room was quiet the whole time during our stay, only noise we heard were a few emergency sirens from ambulance/police. Would recommend to a friend and stay here again.

Pros: Very good location, easy to walk to most places like train stations and the zoo

Cons: Was quite hard to find the entrance and it was up a few flights of stairs which wasn't great with large suitcases.
