Pros: It was a cosy place for ourselves, with good transport links and great value when staying for a few days. Close for walking to nearby places including skytree, with trains back if walking is not your thing
Cons: A little more room would help, but we made it work for 4 of us.

Apartamento pequeño pero bien equipado.
Pros: En comparación con el apartamento el wc era muy amplio y tenía muy diferenciadas tres partes, ducha, retrete y fregamanos.
Cons: La habitación para 4 personas es un poco justa. No había silla para todos (únicamente encontramos 3). Algo alejado de las zonas céntricas.

Pros: appartamento pulito e in ordine. molto silenzioso aria condizionata ok bagno e servizi puliti e completi letto comodo check in semplice la zona non è turistica, ma a noi è piaciuta molto perché vivi la Tokyo degli abitanti, frequenti gli stessi locali per cena (molto più economici che in centro e con servizio più attento). la stazione dista circa 10 minuti a piedi mentre la fermata degli autobus è molto vicina. Katsuo molto gentile e risponde velocemente. i quartieri di Tokyo distano tra i 30 e i 90 minuti con i mezzi pubblici
Cons: rampa di scale piuttosto ripida, per gli standard occidentali l'appartamento è piccolo, va bene per una coppia. in 3 ti devi adattare. avrei gradito qualche stoviglie in più, ma nulla di grave. comunque consigliato.

Pros: 網頁照片與實際內容相同，整體的住宿體驗極優，住宿價格也實惠。房東回覆訊息快速及友善，令人安心。位置在巷弄內，清幽寧靜。兩個小孩（11歲跟13歲）都很喜歡，舒適又有家的感覺。室內的空間設計及設備，滿分。二大二小，剛剛好。泡澡、洗衣、微波食物⋯⋯該有的住宿設備都有。另外，還有陽台空間及衣架設施可供曬衣。走路5分鐘，有7-11及二手店（2ND STREET)。如果有機會再到淺草及晴空塔附近觀光住宿，會願意再次租賃。
Cons: 真的要說缺點，就是需要走十幾階樓梯上二樓，雖然這對我及小孩來說，不是什麼大問題：）。若有大型行李的，樓梯旁有扶手輔助，也不會太費力。小心一點，就不會有安全問題。

Pros: I like the convenience because it was close to the train station and a short walk. The apartment had everything I needed. And I feel like I got my money's worth. Great value.
Cons: It was a studio apartment and a little cramped for two but it served its purpose. We used the apartment basically for sleeping only. But all the conveniences made up for the smaller space.

if you want a peaceful and clean place to stay , you can stay here but the only cons here is that 45mins travel to shinj
Pros: it is very clean...bathroom and all...very comfortable to stay...near to tokyo skytree.
Cons: only the cons is travelling from shinjuku (center) to the place (accommodation) took around 45mins to 1hr and we are in hurry to go home before 11:30pm so that we can catch up the last train...
