Pros: Good, spacious room with everything you need. Comfy bed with a nice big TV on the stand with WIFI and a couch as well, plenty of space. Elevator to get up to the room, decent location, 10 minutes from Sugamo JY station.

Cons: No shower cover in shower for some reason.

Exceptional value with extremely helpful owners.

Pros: The owners are fantastic at communicating and making instructions and directions clear. The rooms are exactly as pictured and described so there are no nasty surprises. Rooms are clean and the value is exceptional

Cons: Being in Tokyo, the rooms are small - this is common for the city and so to be expected. Had an issue with one appliance however owners were very helpful in looking to get it rectified as soon as possible.

Pros: Clean, facilities and amenities prepared are very thoughtful of travellers needs. Staff is very responsive to my queries even late at night.

Cons: A little bit far away from station. Amenities like toothbrush set, and pyjama (like hotel) are not prepared.

Pros: Apartment fitted with amenities like washing machine drying rack, hair dryer even iron. Apartment had fully functional kitchen. Ac runs well. Comfortable bed.

Pros: The property was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation, shops, and restaurants. The amenities were thoughtful and made our stay comfortable and relaxing.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing major to complain about. Perhaps adding a few more local recommendations in the guidebook would make the experience even better.

Pros: De bedden waren fantastisch. Breed en lang. Verder was de kamer meer dan ruim genoeg voor 2 personen.

Perfekt, um preiswert in zentraler Lage wirklich komfortabel zu übernachten

Pros: Die Unterkunft liegt zentral und war dennoch ruhig. Die Betten sind angenehm weich und bequem. Auffallend war die sehr gute Ausstattung, sogar eine Waschmaschine mit Trockner war vorhanden. Bei einer Nachfrage hat der Besitzer sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfreich.
