Great spot and value for money

Pros: Very fun and interesting place to stay. Close to 711 so great for food

Cons: Was a bit of a noisy area and having the door on the street made the noise worse at times

Sumida Area Stay

Pros: Big spacious area, two toilets, lots of toys for kids to play with, nice area - close to 7 -eleven, not far from public transport, very clean.

Cons: Quite loud at night - you can hear alot of cars and trucks driving by. No elevator - lots of stairs to bring luggage up from. The laundry detergent bottle was empty when we tried to wash our clothes. Wifi was down for the first few nights - owner did try to fix it though.

The property is clean and location is really good. Contact with the owner is easy he even recommended transport company

Pros: The cleanliness of the property, I think it was just renovated so everything is spotless.

Cons: The stairs, we’re mostly seniors so climbing up the stairs with your luggages is a bit of a struggle.

Pros: A two-story family room that is very spacious and beautiful. The furniture is fully equipped and clean. There is even a playroom with lots of toys for children, making it perfect for families with kids. My children really enjoyed this place. Our family still had a wonderful stay! Thank you so much!

Cons: The only small issue was that the soundproofing was not very good, so it was a bit noisy at night.

Pros: It was close to everything. The apartment itself was super clean and new. Close to the train station, 7-eleven, great food options near by, super market and even a driving range simulator!
