Absolutely recommend.

Pros: Great location and so great to have facilities for self catering.

Cons: Only issue was a minor electrical overload on one point in the kitchen.

Great stay, perfect for groups, comfortable and spacious

Pros: Very comfortable and spacious. Super clean and had all the amenities we needed for our group. Great location close to fish market and public transport. Wish we could have stayed longer

Pros: Perfect location, directly opposite fish market and close to Kabuki theater. Surrounded by lovely restaurants (even a plant-based Komeda), with several direct metro lines to top places. Very spacious appartment with 3 bedrooms, washer/dryer etc. We also enjoyed dinner at the nice neighbour who runs chinese restaurant next door. Everything was wonderful!

The perfect place to stay for a family or group. Highly recommend.

Pros: We loved the location, so easy to walk out the door and find restaurants and shops, it was also very quiet and not over looked which was nice. It was also very spacious for accommodation in Tokyo and really nicely furnished. It was perfect for our family of 4. Communication was also fantastic from the host.

Cons: Location was great, however we didn't find the instructions to find the place very easy and we ended up having to ask in the restaurant on the street level for some help. Also, there was always bikes left right in front of the door. My only other final negative was the mattresses were very hard and the curtains do not block a lot of light and Japan gets light from 4am on.

Perfect short term home

Pros: Perfect location between the Giza and fish market, ultra clean, well equiped and spacious for a Japanese apartment

Cons: Flight I’d stairs to front door and difficult to locate due to Japanese addresses

Feel like home away from home!

Pros: The location was surprising convenient, round the corner to the main streets.

Cons: Very practical and thoughtful arrangements in the apartment and excellent laundry equipments for our stay.

Pros: The apartment is clean and spacious. There is washing machine cum dryer, hanging racks, cooking facilities and etc. Very close to Tsukiji fish market, subway station and Ginza.

Great Location, Great apartment, would stay here again for sure.

Pros: Location was great, close to Ginza and the fish market. Rooms were a good sized with comfy beds and comfy pillows. Enough amenities for cooking etc.. if you wanted to. Washer in the room was perfect as it was a washer and dryer combo, so allowed us to do nightly washing. Easy to find with great instructions from the host. Clean and well kept place, you can see the owner takes pride in the place. Smart TV, couches, table and chairs for eating at. It really was a great place to stay, we were on the road in a hire car for 5 nights before hand staying at different places between Kyoto and Tokyo and out of all those places this was where we finally got a good nights sleep because the beds and pillows weren't bricks like every other place we stayed at.

Cons: Only small issue was that the apartment was pretty cold, there were space heaters provided but if you plugged them both in at the same time the Circuit breaker would trip, so you could only run them at half. But really wasn't a big issue.
