Pros: Excellent location, close to Asakusa attractions, and a short walk from a main Metro station (Minowa). Compact and well furnished, with everything you would need for a short and longer stay. Dual airconditioning (heat / cool) was great. The main bedroom was roomy enough, with the cute (but steep) loft allowing my 2 kids to sleep in as their choice, and the second smaller bedroom was handy.

Cons: The electric hob was temperamental. The towels were a little bare / thin. (I am reaching here, as we were pretty happy!)

Pleasant stay for a family

Pros: Family of four traveling with two teens. We were surprised to find a second bedroom! From the photos we thought there was just a main room and the loft. This was perfect as our teens had a space each. Nice having a kitchen and meals space. Netflix available via our account was a plus. Quiet location. We walked to Tokyo Skytree one night and Minowa station was close by. BALUKO laundry mat within walking distance as accomodation did not have a washing machine. Our load of washing was clean and dry in an hour!

Cons: Kitchen was not as clean as I would have liked when we arrived. Overall no real issues. Just a warning that the staircase is steep inside, and the loft requires navigating a steep ladder. Top sink only had cold water. Tea towel to dry dishes would be handy

Pros: This location is very nice as it is near 2 top spots for Sakura blossom viewing, Ueno Park & Sumida River. It is also near Asakusa, #1 visited temple in he world. Interestingly it is in a quiet residential area. The property's interior is functional & clean. Space is OK for five adults. However the loft space is high and needs an agile person to climb up and down the ladder. Overall, or experience was positive.

Cons: I like the residential location but the drawback is you must handle daily to and fro walks of average 10 mins to bus stops and train stations. It also has not much choice with respect to food & beverage outlets and shopping.

Very nice stay

Pros: A very nice stay, has all the amenities needed. Beds very comfortable and came with complimentary tooth paste, tooth brushes and shampoo and conditioner. About a 12min walk to Minowa station as well. Would definitely consider staying again next time we are in Japan.

Cons: The small window in the main bedroom is directly opposite the neighbours window. So if they turn their main light on at night its brightens up the entire room and viseversa. Would be great if a blackout blind or something could be put there as can be disruptive.

Pros: The location was very clean and comfortable. You can really tell how much the owner invested into the property by how new it looks. The location is great as it is walking distance from both the subway and bus systems. I highly recommend this if you plan to stay in Tokyo.

Pros: 居民区，上下楼空间大。早上不到五点我推开窗正好看到了送报纸的人，有一种亲切感。 近浅草寺，我们是早上走路去的。 适合不介意走路的家庭，而且能看到本地人的生活。 去地铁站我们需要走10多分钟。

Love this house

Pros: Great with your own house with multiple rooms and two floors, clean and spacious .Real close to a supermarket.

Cons: When staying for a longer period garbage disposal becomes an issue as well as clean towels.

Pros: La place, l'indépendance de la petite chambre avec futon pour une personne

Cons: La mezzanine est accessible avec une échelle un peu raide pour se lever la nuit si besoin mais nous avons pu installer le futon pour notre fille dans la chambre.
