Perfect house for family in residential area

Pros: The house acomodate more than enough for 5 adults and 3 childrens. The equipment in the kitchen are complete. They provide soap for washing and laundry, soap and shampoo for showering. The location is 10 min walking from station and in residential area. Near the station has a lots of supermarket and restaurant. I would NOT suggest the house for small children and older people because the toilet and bathroom is located on the ground floor and it has narrow stairs.

Cons: Nothing really! We are happy with the accomodation.

Pros: The rooms were very spacious and the beds and futons were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and the dining room was big enough to fit a big family. Hosts were extremely easy to contact and they were very nice.

Cons: There is not much to complain about.

Overall I really liked it, comfortable, several establishments close behind

Pros: space for a family of 9 people, everything is available

Cons: the cleaning left something to be desired, under the beds it was very dirty, the stove was dirty, the house was dusty

Super séjour

Pros: Nous avons passé un super séjour à Tokyo, le logement est plutôt minimaliste, pas très grand car de petites pièces mais reste parfait pour dormir. Nous y avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin machine à laver, petite cuisine... Nous étions 9 dont 5 adultes, 3 ados et un enfants. Idéal pour 8 car mon fils a dormi dans un canapé, et une seule salle de bain et un toilette en rez de chaussée alors que les chambre sont en étage 1 et 2. Le logement était très propre et idéalement placé, à quelque pas du métro oyama qui emmène très vite à ikebukuro grande station qui dessert toutes les lignes quasiment. Quartier calme mais proche du grande rue commerçante. Je recommande
