Really nice property, very comfortable stay
Pros: Short walk from Yoyogi Station or Shinjuku-Minami Station. Neighbour felt really safe, has security cameras outside too. Property is clean and nice. The tub is really nice. The washer/dryer on a different floor from bedroom is really nice too.
Cons: It was more at the fringe of Shinjuku, not really within.

Nice stay at the functional house !!
Pros: The location is great !. About 7 mins walk to the JR Yoyogi + lawson n a supermarket nearby. There are also resturants near the house.
Cons: There are 2 limitations. One is the space available to keep/open luggages. We kept ours on the grd floor. The second limitation is the toilet is not heated. So need to wear something warm before going in.

Great little townhouse in a quiet neighbourhood close to the action of Shinjuku
Pros: The accommodation was exactly as described, new, sparkling clean, very thoughtfully fitted out, and a fantastic base for the Shinjuku and Shibuya area. We arrived 10:30 at night after a long flight and catching the Narita express, and not sure how hard it might be to find but it was really easy - the instructions were very clear and the home is so unique you can’t miss it. Communication with the owner was excellent. The place is compact but really comfortable, great beds, lovely hot shower and had good basic supplies and a washing machine. The projectors for streaming were a surprise nice touch if you wanted to watch something. We loved the neighbourhood - so close to everything but so quiet, great little restaurants and coffee (Dimlight Espresso!). The closest train station is 2 minutes walk and only 8 minutes to the Yamanote line.
Cons: The place is very compact although that’s part of its charm, and not much room if you wanted to hang out in the living area - 4 chair table and a small two seater sofa. But we were mostly out exploring Tokyo and my 6’3” friend coped fine.

Fabulous place to stay in Tokyo, close enough to the buzz of Shinjuku but quieter to relax at the end of the day
Pros: Great location, close to transport and good space for a family
Cons: Bathroom is at the bottom of two flights of stairs

Lovely modern apartment with easy access to trains and restaurants
Pros: Our family of four, with two teenage boys, loved staying at this property. Felt very new and clean. Kitchen equipped with minimal, but adequate accessories. The Yoyogi location was in quiet street, easy walk to train station, lots of restaurants, and convenience stores. We frequented the little supermarket each day for supplies on way home from station. Area felt friendly and safe.
Cons: The stairways between each level are very narrow, and require ability to negotiate. Care to be taken at all times. May not be suitable for very small children, or adults with mobility restrictions.

Pros: Great alternative to a hotel as it was spacious and had all the amenities perfect for a family, especially a kitchen and washing machine. Yoyogi station was a much easier station to navigate than Shibuya / Shinjuku, and the accomodation was located within easy walking distance, with a nearby supermarket and convenience store. Only thing to be aware of is the stairs, so if elderly or low in mobility, this may be an issue. Check in instructions were clear, and communication was prompt.
Cons: Loved the projector entertainment system but we had issues operating it even after consulting the guide.. clear instructions that a switch on the wall (that needed to be clearly marked) would have greatly assisted. Some vanity items like facial cotton squares and cotton buds would have been greatly appreciated. But I’m just nitpicking here, we really did enjoy this accommodation and the location!

Pros: What a perfect place to land and use as a home base to explore Tokyo! The neighborhood is quiet and charming, but so close to Shinjuku, Meiji Jingu, and many subway and train options. The house is a unique compact tower- but has everything we needed! It wouldn’t be good for people that have an issue with stairs- but was fine for us.

Great vacation rental for a family or friends
Pros: The location was great. We could just walk to Shinjyuku station. House was tiny but had everything. I enjoyed soaking the spacious bathtub. The property is almost new and clean.
Cons: To conform with the government regulations, they had to collect our passport info on line. I found it too much hassle to do it. The stay was a great value but you need to be prepared for adjusting the tiny space.

Beautiful house in an amazing place for a reasonable price
Pros: Prime location, new construction, quiet environment
Cons: Could be difficult for those with disabilities to go up and down the stairs a lot.
