Pros: Great location and very easy to access. Far enough out of hotspots to be as quiet as needed but also very close to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Beds in separate rooms was handy

Cons: Very tight space to get into. The upstairs bed was definitely a lot smaller than downstairs, however it was also on the same level as the toilet.
