Great size apartment in perfect for a family visiting.

Pros: Location was a bit ‘adult’ but super convenient to everything as described.

Cons: Mattress. Super thin topper.

A very pleasant and comfortable experience.

Pros: This room in Shibuya is very cozy and spacious, with a reasonable price. My husband and I had a wonderful night here. The location is also very convenient, close to the station. What impressed me the most was the modern locking system, which made us feel very safe.

Cons: There’s nothing in particular that needs improvement.

At the heart of Shibuya

Pros: Extremely spacious, complete facilities needed by a small family. The place would be ideal for guests without a 1year old who just started walking like ours. A short walk to massage, salons, Uniqlo, highly rated restaurants, don quijote, GU etc. But the walk can still be a lot with us because our baby did not want to ride the stroller (not the hotels fault)

Cons: There are brand tags and some dirt under the bed. There are workers on the balcony (would have been better if it was explicitly stated during booking). More like an Airbnb set up than a hotel.
