Pros: very near to almost everything, the owner is responsive and attended to our concerns. he brought new pillows.

Cons: the bathroom size is not an issue with us, but the water from the drainage is overflowing and the water took so long to sink down the drain. the water pools in the tub and will sit there for minutes.

Pros: Excellent location, close to train station, shops, restaurants, and attractions. Room was big enough for my mom, sister & I. Beds were comfortable and enough room for our luggages. If trying to find the building address, it’s across the street from Hotel Dream. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Best Value Stay in Shinjuku

Pros: The location was perfect, the cleanliness was spectacular, the room had everything you needed frigerator w/freezer, washing machine, balcony, a.c., stove, microwave, clothing rack with hangers for clothes.

Great location and great value.

Pros: This was our first time in Japan which can be somewhat overwhelming even for savvy travelers. Location can't be beat, really. It's a 5 minute walk to the scramble and you never have to walk more than 5 minutes to discover a new place to eat. You are in the heart of Shibuya. Read some comments about small bathroom but I thought it was fine. I stayed here with 2 younger teenage kids. Enjoyed having a fridge and better value than $500/night hotel. On google maps the address is Dogenzaga 2-20-26, 150-0043, Tokyo. Host is very responsive via email though we had very little to ask for once we had the keys.

Cons: The 2nd bed is not a very thick mattress. Might be a consideration to replace with small futon couch - this could provide seating though we were rarely in the room but to sleep - then again it was more of a traditional experience as is.
