Good location but damp smell..

Pros: The size of the place was decent. Location was good. But upon entering the room, it smelled very damp and humid. Needed to have the dehumidifier on for a couple of days before the smell went away. The place was generally pretty cold due to being built with mostly concrete, which is to be expected. Being built with mostly concrete made it have very good sound insulation as well.
