Great location in Asakusa

Pros: Great location, Asakusa is really nice. It's also close to Ueno station and the metro. The room was clean although a bit small, but it is the standard in Tokyo. We had a lovely view of the Tokyo Sky Tree. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice, lots of options to choose from and try the local foods, although we did miss some raw vegetables (but these are hard to find in any hotel in Japan).

A nice hotel to stay at in Tokyo—definitely worth returning to!

Pros: + Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The sashimi served at breakfast was fresh, and everything tasted delicious. + The staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help. + Great location, just a few minutes' walk from the Iriya metro station. + The welcome drinks were a nice touch and very enjoyable. + Conveniently located near supermarkets and a bakery.

Cons: - When I checked in, I informed the front desk worker that the 3 rooms I had booked included breakfast. After checking, the staff confirmed that my reservation did include breakfast but surprisingly claimed it did not cover meals for 2 of my children (who are minors). This was illogical, as I made the reservation through booking.com, which clearly indicated breakfast was included for the entire family (5 people in total). Despite reaching out to booking.com's customer service— which, I must say, was very difficult to contact— I never received a response (even to this day). As a result, I was forced to pay extra for my children’s breakfast directly at the hotel reception, which was quite frustrating. - The room was very small, but on the positive side, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the towels were of excellent quality.
