Lovely

Pros: We liked this accommodation and we felt very well there. The apartment is located in a very quiet zone. Two supermarkets could be found at 50 m. Buses and underground are accesibile in 10 minutes. The studio has all necessary items for a stay. We communicated with the host via booking and we got all support. Therefore, we recommend the Nestay Inn Tokyo Ryogoku to all persons wanting to visit Tokyo.

Cons: Not the case.

Pros: Very nice and cozy space, with a large bedroom and a large bathroom. There is a large supermarket 2-3 minutes from the apartment, the metro is a 10-minute walk away. The neighborhood is very quiet.

We got what we were looking for, with a comfortable bed it would have been a 10/10 experience

Pros: Very quiet place of Tokyo but near to 2 lines, buses and restaurants. Comfortable to only use PIN code for doors so don’t have to worry about the key. Very good price for a room with that size in Tokyo

Cons: The bed was awfully uncomfortable, old spring mattress so you can feel every one of it with your ribs (for 2 weeks it wasn’t nice) Soundproofing from the stairs is just not existing.

Pros: Quiet location, metro station, supermarket & 7-Eleven close. Reported a small issue with bed which was addressed right away.

Pros: Everything. Especially the drying laundry part. Although it was missing a rope to hang the clothes, we were able to put it in the shower area, and we turned on the air and it dried overnight. I've never seen a system like that before. We're big fans and I hope to put something similar in our house one day.

Pros: Quiet neighborhood, close to the metro, two supermarkets nearby (at least one is 24/7). Towels and toiletries, washing machine, slippers and umbrellas. We had no issues with self check-in and doors' locks. Aircos worked well, as well as ventilation in the shower (it can also heat). Big fridge, ok kettle, fine microwave. The apartment (and bed) is perfect for one person. Two - will be crowded but manageable. There's a wardrobe with hangers. Easy communication with the host, they replied fast.

Cons: Keep in mind that street noise is audible, like cars from 6am. It's not a busy street, but it can disturb you if you are a light sleeper. The bed is not the best, but not the worst. Duvet was almost short for me (expected). Sofa is tiny (expected). I'm 181cm and the shower ceiling was quite close to my head (also expected).

Perfect place for your stay in Tokyo

Pros: Everything was perfect. Clean, organized place, with all amenities. There is a market and metro station nearby. The neighborhood was calm and quiet. The hosts answered all my questions. I loved!

Pros: Well packed with what you need. Spacious for Japanese standard sizes, clean and comfortable.

Cons: Communication was prompt by was on line and have to check emails constantly to do the process of check-in. That wasn’t optimal and can improve.

Pros: Great stay, very comfy and clean. Loads of amenities and just besides a big supermarket.

Cons: Our room was on the fourth floor without a lift, and a very narrow staircase...
