In General, the price is reasonable and the apartment is spacious. Location is great.

Pros: Location is great. Closed to station and convenience stores. Not far away from restaurants .

Cons: Not easy to get to know the lock system. It took us awhile to understand how open and lock the door.

Pros: Large spacious clean apartment, comfortable beds. Lovely neighbourhood.

Cons: There is no heating in the bedroom. If you go during winter, be aware that the room gets rather cold.

Pros: the bed and pillow is very comfortable and very close to train station

Cons: the other room that not connect to the living room has no heating so it was freezing at night.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very spacious and perfect for three adults. Everything was super clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent — just a short walk to the Shinjuku & Oedo Line train station, making it very easy to get around Tokyo. There’s also a LIFE supermarket nearby, which was super convenient for groceries. Very quiet area that is relaxing when you've had a full day out. Highly recommend. Thank you for such a great stay !

Pros: The appartment was great for our group of 3. The third bed is in a small nook, separated from the living room with a sliding glass door which gives some privacy. The bedroom is very spacious, though we would have appreciated a bedside table or some shelves. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Check-in is done online, we didnt have any trouble with the process. House rules (e.g. for garbage sorting) were clear and easy to manage. Shampoo, shower gel etc. provided; there is also a washing machine that is a lot of fun to figure out as it is all in Japanese :) A couple of supermarkets very close by make it easy to grab a quick dinner on the way back home. All in all a great experience!

Cons: No bedside tables, a third chair would have been nice. No kitchen basics so if you plan to cook your meals you'll need to buy everything you need

Pros: It is a comfortable place and It is near the railway stations.

Cons: Some of towels were not clean. Attention could be paid to the cleanliness of towels. Except the towel, all is.

Amazing amount of space and storage, a nice introduction to Japan.

Pros: Plenty of space for our 2 children and amazing amount of technology throughout the place. There was plenty of storage and it was so close to the train station which got us everywhere within 20-30mins. It was a beautiful and safe naighbourhood

Cons: The check in procedure was a little complicated and the code given was backwards to what it was, might be a translation breakdown. We finally got in but then the keys weren’t in the lockbox so we stressfully needed the spare keys. It was a late night with our 2 young kids so very hectic start. After this no problems!
