Best vacation stay in Tokyo .. recommended for family wt 6 adults.. love the scenery

Pros: Nearby the station, convenient outlets , complete facilities provided by the owner, very helpful and good cooperation provided by the owner

Cons: None … I have a good view of the town and most importance is Mount Fuji view .. awesome

Cozy little stay

Pros: The comfort of our own space and the kids loved sleeping in the beds. nice and cozy

Cons: cpuldnt figure out the tv as the signal wasnt connected when trying to turn on. apart from that all good.

A comfortable, spacious and relaxing getaway to spend time with my Grandma.

Pros: The property is spacious, and easy access to go to Tokyo! The community is very friendly in this area. We loved getting vegetables from the local vegetable market around the corner. Anddd I loved the bakery that sells melon pan - they do one with melon custard inside - it’s so good. There’s a lot to eat, explore and find in this town! Also loved the balcony - great to view the skyline at night and day!

Very comfortable stay

Pros: Very comfortable and relaxing apartment. All needed appliances are available. Check in instructions are clear.

Cons: Internet connection was not stable. It was interrupted several times. When the connection is there, the speed is very good.

Nice, good price

Pros: Close to a train station (in front), big enough for 4 adults and 1 child, well equipped in kitchen, bathroom. Host was very kind and answered all my questions.

Cons: The Keisei Koiwa station was just in front and you can hear the trains until 12:00am, takes from 30 to 45 min in train to reach main touristic places. There was a smell like sewer that the host tried to solve as soon as we informed, it improved but did not completely disappeared.

A very nice room to stay which you can feel like home.

Pros: The room is quite spacious for 4 person. 2 bedroom (one room is 2bed and one room is 2futon) with large corridor. Room is clean. You can laundry with washing machine and hang the clothes to dry in the bathroom overnight with dry function. There are 3 air condition which can select heater mode. We stayed 10 nights feeling like home. This apartment is only 20 rooms and still private. The location is close to the train station. If your flight is Narita, it is closed to this room. Near mini mart, supermarket, salon and restaurants are around. The owner has a very quick response in chat and trying to help in whatever we asked for. You can use uber eats app to order food to your location.

Cons: As it quite closed to the train station so you can hear the sound of train but not so loud , just like a firework sound as we are on 8th floor. The location is a bit far from the center of Tokyo. You can take train for approx 1 hour.

Nous avons eta extrêmement satisfaits de notre sejour

Pros: L’appartement est bien situé; la station keisei koiwa est vraiment pratique car on peut arriver de Narita directement et on peut aussi aller en ville facilement. Il a des magasins et restaurants tout autour. Nos sommes aussi pas loin du fleuve Edogawa pour aller se promener. L’appartement est propre, joli, facile d’acces. La salle de bain japonaise est tellement genial! Les enfants ont adoré! Le propriétaire nous a laissé plus de temps le matin pour le checkout. Nous sommes vraiment très satisfaits de ce jour et nous aimerons tellement revenir a Keisei Koiwa! Merci au propriétaire !

Cons: Rien… tout était vraiment conforme à nos attentes

Pros: 清潔で駅から近い、買い物にも便利なスーパーマーケット、商店街がある。 寝具が快適、新しい。 オーナからのレスポンスが早いから安心。

Cons: 線路沿いなので窓を開けると電車の音が響く。
