Ka's house

Pros: Nice and cozy apartment. The location was in a quiet district with plenty of convenience stores and restaurants around. We stayed for 9 days and enjoyed every one of them. Thank you and will definitely visit again.

Nice and pleasant had everything we needed

Pros: The property was nice good facilities and appliances Had a washing machine and toilet was seperate to bathroom was also surrounded by heaps of local foods and public transport

Cons: Does take about an hour to get to city centre but there’s still heaps around it

Comfy accomodartion close to everything

Pros: Great location, quiet & private, walking distance to shops & pubic transport, highly rate this accommodation.

A hidden gem in Tokyo

Pros: Very easy check-in, host kept me well informed during the whole process! Location is crazy nice - you get to experience a real nice residential area outside of the city center. Train station and convenience stores are also nearby!

Cons: I liked everything here

Pros: The house is comfortable and have a functional facilities. Near a playground - good for the kids.

Cons: A bit far from the JR station, if you're using JR pass not suggested. The nearest station is keisei-koiwa is not covered by JR pass

清潔感あふれ、静かな環境で暮らせた宿（快適空間）

Pros: ・京成本線小岩駅に近く（徒歩8分程度）移動しやすい。・ス―パ－・コンビニも近く且つ豊富でショッピングが楽。 ・玄関が一階、通りに面しており出入りがスムーズに行える。・清潔感があり女性の方も安心して宿泊できる。 ・静かな環境を求める方にはうってつけ。 ・電化製品やアメニティーはほとんど揃っているので生活しやすい。

Cons: ・シャワ－ルームに腰掛けようの椅子がない。 ・テレビが壁に取り付けてあるがライトが画面に反射して観ずらかった（白い整理棚の上に設置するのは問題あり？） ・ご飯茶碗、みそ汁用のお椀がなかった。・テレビがある部屋に小さくてもいいので椅子とテーブルが欲しい。 ・トイレの中に手拭き用のタオルがない。 ・延長コードの備えがなかった。

Pros: el alojamiento era espacioso para 4 personas y contaba con todos los implementos necesarios, el dueño apenas teníamos una duda nos respondía a la brevedad

方便短暂逗留的特种兵式旅游的游客

Pros: 入住以前收到住宿守则和交通指导，非常贴心。入住以后桌上提供一本书内容是一些日常用品的简单操作。员工待人有善，笑容可掬。有好几次麻烦员工处理问题如wifi链接失败服务器断联需要联络当地专业的网路线接待员处理问题，和服务员提供我们补给一些日常所需品。在此事上，房间接待员工们处理事情上十分快速和我们沟通上都相处十分愉快。 房子提供一些清除和打扫用品，可让我们随时使用了，十分便利。 橱具有提供，提供便利，可惜有些餐具拿起来有油脂不卫生，我们基本都打包外面食物不使用他们提供的餐具。

Cons: 毛巾有点不太干净，看到黑黑的点点1，我们自己再另外购买使用。 冲凉房的地毯看起来有点用久了脏了再洗干净使用的那种，看起来使用有点不卫生。 橱壁有很多油垢，看起来很不卫生。没敢使用厨具用品。 洗衣机也很多污垢，我们自己买了洗衣机液体，等洗了洗衣机再处理污垢后再使用，房主提供的洗衣粉没使用。 其中一间睡房的冷空调吹出有异味，跳换到暖空调时正常，这件事情需要房主认真处理一下。希望下一个住客可以睡的舒服了。

Pros: We enjoyed the space and use of the kitchen. We had everything we needed. The beds and blankets were comfortable. The neighborhood is peaceful and convenient to 2 grocery stores and other stores. The owner was responsive and helpful.

Pros: We loved every thing about the place comfortable,clean great neighborhood it felt like home away from home thank you we definitely recommend it to our friends when ever they want to visit Japan
