Excellent! (:

Pros: Convenient - very near the train station, 2 supermarkets nearby, a stall that sells fresh sushi around the corner, near the river so you can go for a run Clean - organised, tidy, has everything you need for a comfortable stay

Cons: Soundproofing isn’t great so you can sometimes hear the occupants above (heavy footsteps, etc) and some noise coming from outside. But generally this neighbourhood is quiet so it was still alright

Good value and clean, overall good stay

Pros: Clean property, easy and quick communication with host. Good value for Tokyo in a more residential/quiet area. Heated up well during winter. With washer/dryer (we didn’t use it - a small clothes hanger would be a nice addition). Would come back.

Cons: Could not open the window for fresh air (Would be nice to have instructions on how to open the window/ventilate the property.). Since this is not a manned hotel it’s not possible to forward luggage (in case this is a priority for you). It’s also not possible to extend stay beyond 10am check out time (strict) and no option to leave luggage. Finally, there is another Pufuka in Asakusa area, make sure you go to the right one!

Pros: Very clean and well equipped, with cookware, vacuum, clothes steamer etc. Nice, quiet area near the station with convenience stores, grocery stores, drugstore, clinic, and eateries nearby.

Perfect stay in Tokyo

Pros: The Apartment was absolutly great ! Everything was Brand new & clean. The bed, pillows and blanket were super comfy aswell. I loved how they sent the House manual prior to our stay - therefore it was super easy to Navigate things like the a/c or Even the walking Path from the Station. Also the bathroom was pretty big for japanese apartments. One plus to Note was also the washing machine ! It had an easy wash to dry Setting - awesome for people that like to Travel light. Shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes and bodywash was there to use aswell. 2 min walking from the Station that we would always use to go to places Like Tokyo Skytree. Mc Donalds, bakery and Family Mart Right around the corner too. We Travel often and this apartment was def a 10/10. we will book it again when we Return to Tokyo
