Hidden gem out of the craziness of Tokyo yet close to so much

Pros: Family of 5, room for all, with upstairs having 2 rooms and still a kitchenette and adjoining room downstairs. 100 meters to train station which is only 2 stops from sky tree. Close to walk to Temples and River. Quiet location. Hidden gem. It seems it has been recently renovated.

Cons: sheets for 2 of the futons were forgotten, however the teenager survived.

Pros: Very close proximity to multiple grocery stores like Familymart and Lawson as well as various restaurants. Less than a 5 minute walk to Higashimokujima station. Two floors with plenty of room for 3 or more people.

Cons: Shower/laundry room door does not lock properly.
