In future visits, I will not stay anywhere else in Tokyo but here!

Pros: Location is exceptionally close to the hub of Shimo-Kitazawa activity but very quiet at night. There's a vending machine across the road and Lawson's is at the end of the street. It has all the trimmings of a small apartment which means you can cook and do your laundry in-house. Checking in via the ipad app was very simple to do. Wifi is fast. A/C was very welcome in the hot early June days. Finding the location based on Noburo's instructions was very easy even if you've never been to Shimo-Kitazawa before. It's only two stops away from Shinjuku and four stops from Shibuya which means the whole of Tokyo is within fingertips.

Cons: It's essentially like a B&B which means there's no regular cleaning. It would've been great if the host could organise at least a garbage pickup every two days because the internal garbage bins (rubbish & recycling) are very small and there's nowhere to throw rubbish out of the apartment. If you take home food and do a lot of shopping, you will generate a lot of rubbish which can quickly pile up.

Easy decision to stat here again when I come back to Tokyo. Yes, the whole of Tokyo not just Shimo-Kitazawa.

Pros: It’s right in the centre of all Shimo-Kitazawa offers but is very quiet. It has all the facilities from cooking (stove & microwave) to internal laundry. Comfortably sleeps 2 in separate beds.

Cons: Like most residential bathrooms, it’s tiny. It’s great if you’re small, ok if you’re average, but could be difficult if you’re big as my friend struggled to shower.

Incredible location

Pros: Incredible location right in the middle of vibrant Shimokitazawa. Right next to the train station, supermarket, a bunch of live music venues and great restaurants. You are really absolutely in the center of Shimokita which is in an arms reach of Shibuya and Shinjuku by train. Perfectly functional Tokyo-style apartment.

Cons: Due to the central location it is not quiet. The residents around you are perfectly quiet but you can't control what is outside on the street and Shimokitazawa is a very very lively place. If you like the bustle it is great but for a quieter person it might not suit. Space-wise it's perfect size room for a solo who or cozy couple but it is a small space (it's Tokyo!).

距離車站很近，生活機能良好，大概是下北澤最理想的住宿地。

Pros: 距離下北澤車站走路只要三分鐘交通便利，巷口有超商。房間十分寬敞，打開兩個大行李箱也綽綽有餘，室內家電俱全。小廚房廚具一應俱全，附近有大型超市，料理很方便。附有洗衣機對於長時間居住很友善。如果是孤獨搖滾的粉絲，這是非常理想的投宿地，離LIVE HOUSE只要1分鐘。

Cons: 廁所比較緊緻，沒有免治馬桶有點可惜。入口處有三階階梯，無法因位在鬧區，若對聲音比較敏感者可能會比較不友善。

Pros: The location is amazing and room has everything you need. Shower is hot and good pressure. Owners were very responsive.

Cons: Shower was wonky but we managed to fix it and there was no TV remote.

Pros: Wir hatten ein günstiges Angebot mit dem The Hotel Space und waren sehr zufrieden. Super Preis-Leistung! Das Bett ist bequem, es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, es gibt eine Waschmaschine, der Boiler hat genug Leistung, Zahlencode an der Türe ist gut, es hat ein Herd und ein helles Fenster

Pros: très bon emplacement dans shimokitazawa. facile à trouver grâce aux explications de la propriétaire. dans un quartier animé mais l’appartement est calme

瑕不掩瑜，還是會選擇住宿此處。

Pros: 地點真的非常棒，步行不到4分鐘就到小田急線下北澤站（旁邊是京王井之頭線），到澀谷到新宿都是10分鐘的車程。加上房內有洗衣機可以隨時洗衣服，非常便利（此次入住11晚），另外只要兩分鐘就到超市，一分鐘走到Lawson,四分鐘走到24小時的超市，住宿的每一天真的除了覺得開心，沒有別的。

Cons: 唯一缺點是位在一樓（但有特別架高，有約4層階梯）入口處沒有特別的門禁，所以隨時都要鎖好門。另外因為鄰近街道，剛好住宿期間對面在整修，每早八點的敲打聲成了我的鬧鐘。
