Simple, neat apartment right next to the station

Pros: Good location, clean and uncluttered (except for the bed room) apartment that was reasonably spacious for a couple

Cons: Probably doesn’t need the second double bed (just rent it to couples) and have some more space in the bedoorm

We loved the area and apartment. Perfect for what we were looking for.

Pros: This apartment was excellent for the amount of space that you get compared to other places in Japan and was in a super location. It was close to the train station and lots of local places but was very quiet and safe place. I think the apartment suits a couple or family that are happy to share a room - there are two double beds but they a next to one another so unlikely to suit a group of adults. The apartment felt new, was clean and had everything we needed including very fast internet.

Pros: Location is faultless, apartment has everything you need and is as pictured. We will be staying here again when visiting Shimokitazawa. Highly recommended!

Pros: Comfortable beds, good shower, great location. Air conditioning worked well. Check in information was easy to organise. Great luggage storage and walk in wardrobe. Clear instructions for getting rid of waste

Cons: There are two beds right next to each other which for a couple was great, but for four people there is only one bedroom. But honestly wasn't a problem for a couple, or a young family completely fine.

Pros: Absolutely loved the location as it is super close to the train and there were also a lol of things to explore in the area (food & clothing)! It was also super easy to get into the building as I thought that would be an issue but the instructions were simple and super easy to follow. The place itself was spacious and great for a group of 4. Loved the privacy and simplicity of the place. The beds were super comfortable and the comforter was to die for, it made me realize that I needed a weighted blanket in my life!! Would definitely come here again!

Cons: Noise from outside didn't really bother us as it is a quiet neighborhood but you can definitely hear the neighbors when they are exiting their unit or having conversation near by. Had an instance during our stay where we overheard, I'm assuming one of the tenants in the same building complaining about over tourism and how tourists are taking over the area in which they live, which was a bit awkward for us as it seemed a bit intense. Although I understand their concerns and feel awful about it, it was also a bit uncomfortable being in the middle of it.

Great, spacious, clean apartment with great location and amenities

Pros: Spacious, great location, very good security, has closet, comfortable beds, couch, tv, large kitchen and fridge, great for lounging. Heater/AC in both bedroom and common room, so doesn’t get cold as many apartments with bedroom only aircon can in winter. Has a washer that works great, very convenient. Walk in closet is fantastically convenient, and has full set of cups and diningware. Couldn’t be closer to Shimokitazawa station. Check in painless, good price.

Cons: Bedroom arrangement a little annoying - basically impossible to get to 2nd bed without walking on top of 1st bed, and no convenient place to plug in phone.

駅からも近く、綺麗な部屋で家のように過ごせます。

Pros: 下北沢駅からのアクセスが大変よく、滞在中は家にいるような気持ちで快適に過ごすことができました。室内のどの場所も、とても清潔です。キッチンや洗濯機、広いバスルームもあるので、長期滞在にもとても良さそうだと感じました。また、室内がとても暖かかく、冬の時期にとても過ごしやすかったです（エアコンが2台あるので、夏場も快適に過ごせると思います！）。

Cons: 建物の構造上仕方がないと思うのですが、他の部屋からの物音や話し声が聞こえやすく、夜中に何度か起きてしまいました。利用前に、静かに過ごす時間帯のご案内はきちんとしてくださってあったので、こればかりは運だと思いますが、敏感な方は一応耳栓などあるとさらに快適に眠れると思います。

快適

Pros: 寝具や水回りが清潔。チェックイン時既にエアコンが効いていた。 洗濯機は長期滞在時に助かる。 クローゼットが広くて使いやすい。

Cons: タオル類は脱衣場にあったらわかり易かったかと思いました。 エアコンとエアコン台があったら最高。

インバウンドで高いけど東京に行く用事があればまた使いたい。

Pros: 物が最小限でシンプルなのがとても良かったです。必要最低限の調理器具で無駄な物が置いていないのが好印象でした。

Cons: 良くなかったわけではありませんがあったらもう少し快適に過ごせたかな思ったものは ・食器専用の布巾 洗った後の食器類を拭くものが欲しかったです。 ・お箸 普段お箸なので日本人の宿泊者が来た時にやっぱり必要だなと思いました。 ・床用のクイックルワイパーの除菌シート(本体だけは置いてあったので除菌シートが見つかりませんでした)→滞在中に髪やゴミの汚れを少し掃除したい時があった。掃除機は置いてあったのでそれと合わせて除菌シートで床も拭けたら良かったなと思いました。 ※到着時にベランダの扉が空いていました。換気で開けられていたのかわかりませんが、カーテンが閉まっている状態で気づかず。外で大きな話し声がしておかしいと思いカーテンを開けて空いてることに気づきました。不法侵入や盗難などの被害も怖いのでチェックイン時から戸締り施錠気をつけていただきたいと思います。
