Super convenient, quiet, attentive host, clean and comfortable.

Pros: Excellent location. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Was very close to Kita-Akabane train station which we thought was a great hub to get around Tokyo. There were 2 supermarkets nearby to make shopping easy and was able to cook meals using the facilities at the accommodation. We stayed while in peak summer, but the air conditioning worked great. The accommodation was clean, and bedrooms were very generous in size. Plentiful soaps in the bathroom, Kitchen had adequate cookware and utensils. We needed to ask our host for assistance a couple times but Lan responded immediately and was always able to provide a solution.

Cons: Kitchen table was small and had only 2 stools. Made it hard to sit down and eat together as a family.

Pros: 離JR北赤羽站很近，浮間口出站，走5分鐘就到！房間算大也乾淨，標準雙人床，有廚房和廚具，洗衣機和烘乾機，備品都有，還有吹風機，大冰箱；浴廁是分開的；附近有7-11和超市，可以買藥妝

Cons: 以走道當簡易餐廳，公共空間偏小

Pros: ทุกๆอย่างโอเคมาก สะดวกสบาย สะอาด บริเวณใกล้เคียงมีที่จอดรถและร้านอาหาร ฉันลืมของไว้แต่เจ้าของบ้านได้ส่งมาให้ฉันที่โรงแรม ขอบคุณมากๆสำหรับที่พักดีๆ

Cons: เครื่องอบผ้า หากผ้าหนาจะไม่ค่อยแห้ง และอบค่อยข้างนานมสก

Increíble estancia en Tokio

Pros: Un lugar espacioso, limpio o con buenas instalaciones, cerca de la estación del metro y de fácil acceso. Es igual a las imágenes y el anfitrión es amable y está al pendiente.

Cons: Todo está increíble en el alojamiento. Cuando vuelva a Japón me encantaría volver a hospedarme con ellos.

Pros: Posizione a pochissimi metri dalla metro, molto spaziosa, dotata di tutto il necessario. Pulita e molto più grande rispetto allo standard giapponese. Quartiere molto popolare.

Gezellig en fijn appartement in Tokyo

Pros: De ruimte om het appartement is heel fijn. Het is van alle gemakken voorzien en ligt vlakbij treinstation Kita-Akebana dat 5 minuutjes lopen is. Vanuit daar kun je alle kanten op die je maar wil, het OV in Japan is prima en niet duur. De bedden waren prima, de keuken had alles dat nodig was, de badkamer was prima en ook het Japanse toilet was voor ons als Nederlanders even wennen maar wel fijn. Het appartement was heel erg schoon en de eigenaar was vriendelijk, benaderbaar en dacht met ons mee. Echt erg goed!!

Great location and value for money

Pros: Dua kamar yg cukup besar dengan 2 ranjang double, toilet dan pantry seperti baru, ada mesin cuci & pengering walaupun kapasitasnya agak kecil tapi cukup membantu. Tiap kamar memakai smart lock. Banyak resto lokal & dekat supermarket besar. Sangat dekat dengan JR station (Saikyo Line). Suasana sangat tenang karna berada di area permukiman.

Cons: Ruang duduk yang berfungsi sebagai ruang makan. TV hanya ada di satu kamar.

Pros: 水回りはとてもきれいで、歯ブラシやシャンプー/リンスなどのアメニティもあり便利でした。部屋も十分な広さがありますが、地上波テレビは観れないので気になる人はいるのかも（大型モニタはあり動画視聴は可能）。夕食も周囲に飲食店が多数あるので困りません（朝食は別の場所に移動したので不明）。

Cons: コンセントの位置がベッドと干渉して絶妙に使いづらかったのですが、帰宅時になって入り口付近の机の下に延長コードがあったのでそれを利用するのがよいことが分かりました。なお駐車場は200m程度離れた団地内のコインパーキングを利用するのですが、ハイエースクラスの大きさは停められそうにありません。
