Good Location and Great Service
Pros: The location is perfect– just 2-3 minutes walk to Kita-Akabane station, with two convenience stores, a supermarket, and a 100 Yen shop only 2 minutes away. The property is spacious enough for a family of 3-4 people, making it a great choice for a comfortable stay. A special thanks to Chizuko, the owner, who was incredibly kind and friendly, and took great care of us throughout our stay.

Fabulous accommodation, very helpful host who could speak English and even met us at train station.
Pros: Accommodation was easy to find and close to station. Host was extremely helpful with lost luggage communication with airport and even drying our clothes that we had washed the night before so that we were able to leave the accommodation for excursions early in the morning. Also forwarded our luggage to next accommodation.

Relaxed homely stay close to everything you could need
Pros: Chizuko was amazing, went over and above, meeting us at the train station, offering helpful tips and directions, cleaned and replaced towels each day and even took our laundry out of the dryer and folded them! Having a local who is super helpful is a massive plus and would recommend to anyone.

Pros: The condo is on the ground level with no stairs, so getting in and out was effortless. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including a 7-Eleven, ramen place, Matsuya, cafés, and even a supermarket open until midnight. The location was very convenient—just a 2-minute walk from the station with direct trains to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and other major spots. Although not in the main tourist area, everything was easily accessible. The space was clean, spacious, and fully equipped—it felt just like home. The biggest highlight was the host. She was incredibly kind and helpful, meeting us at the station on arrival, checking in the next day to make sure everything was fine, and even providing daily cleaning and fresh towels. Her warmth and care truly made our stay special. We’re very thankful and would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The accommodation was in a classic economical Japanese residential building. We had a separate entrance and the owner lived right above us. The owner was very nice and helpful, she went to wait for us at the train station so that we wouldn't get lost. Despite the fact that it was quite cold outside (it was February), it was pleasantly warm inside. There was a large store nearby and the aforementioned train station. The house was quiet. We felt comfortable there.

Our stay was exceptional, with a perfect location, welcoming host, and a well-equipped home.
Pros: This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Japan. It's conveniently located near the train station, supermarket, 7/11, and various dining options. The area is peaceful and quiet, making it a relaxing stay. The house is extremely clean and looks even better in person. Our host, Chizuko-san, was incredibly welcoming and friendly—she even met us at the train station! I loved how the house had all the amenities we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. 10/10 from us. Looking forward to visiting again, Chizuko-san!

Pros: This is a wonderfully peaceful place with an exceptionally thoughtful host, making our holiday stay truly memorable. On the day we arrived, we were touched to find that the host had already turned on the air conditioning, ensuring a cozy warm welcome. We later discovered that this caring gesture continued throughout our stay - the room was always comfortably warm when we returned each evening.The accommodation was particularly family-friendly, with a specially prepared baby cot that helped our little one sleep soundly. The inclusion of a washer-dryer combination was a fantastic convenience for families.The location is incredibly convenient - just steps away from the tram station. Between the accommodation and the station, there's a medium-sized supermarket, and the neighborhood features a 7-Eleven and a drugstore, making daily shopping effortless.I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area.
