Pros: Excellent location, the host was available and very helpful and we had no issues communicating despite us not speaking any Japanese.

Cons: Cooking and dining options are very limited.

Excellent suburban location with everything you need

Pros: The location was an excellent suburb, it was a bit far from central Tokyo locations (about 1h for most places) but it felt like we were experiencing true Tokyo and there were plenty of restaurants, shops and things to see even around the place.

Cons: The only thing we could have asked for was some instructions for how to use the washing machine, but other than that everything was perfect!

Location is excellent. Many convenience sores, restaurants, and only short distance from the station

Pros: The host provides us with entrance guidance but we were confused on how to retrieve the key from the box. Thankfully she responded promptly and helped us.

Pros: Excelente hospedagem. Tudo novinho. Muito próximo da estação de trem Shin-Koiwa. Foram dias em que fiquei com minha família muito bem alojado. A anfitriã foi muito compreensiva e prestativa. As informações repassadas foram claras e o acesso ao local foi muito fácil. Perto de tudo.

Pros: Place was easy to find. The host was super helpful for instructions how to use the laundry machine, etc. The apartment was homie and comfy having everything we needed for our week long stay.

Cons: We never found where to take the trash outside.
