Great apartment, spacious (for Japan) and well equipped

Pros: House 22 was a great base from which we explored Tokyo. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. It was a 5 min flat walk to train station, convenience stores, restaurants, supermarkets, local shopping mall, pharmacies, McDonalds, etc. It was easy to find in a well lit area when arriving at night time. Self check in and check out was very easy. Owners responded to queries very promptly. The wifi was excellent. Individual air conditioning in each room was a bonus. Having two toilets was also a bonus. Our group consisted of 2 parents with 2 young adult children, it accommodated us all really well with a bedroom to spare. Beds and sofas are comfortable. Linen, towels, toiletries and slippers are all provided. It’s a 15min ride into Tokyo station via the rapid train which leaves ShinKoiwa station every few minutes.

Cons: Nothing to dislike, it met all our expectations.
