Very good

Pros: Nice and clean. Big room. People working there was so nice and helping. Alittle taxiride to downtown. Alot of eccesories like tootbrush etc. just love this place.

Pros: Very comfortable, neat and clean. Close proximity to the train station. Accessibility to resto and convenience stores.

Cons: Dining wears are made of melamine or plastic that is non-microwavable and prone to cracks. One cup is actually leaking.

Pleasant stay

Pros: The location is good. There are many convenience store nearby

Cons: Cookware could have been more.

Pros: Very comfortable place, clean and easy access to all place. Nearby Lawson and 7-11, heater and bath tub was amazing

Pros: If you are an foreign tourist and could not make local phone calls, it would be a little scary when you encountered problems in getting the key. I used the booking message to communicate with the customer service and received replies in fairly short time. However, you must read the instructions carefully in advance. Or you must keep the document the Apartment provides to you so as to get the pass code for entering the apartment. The location is fairly good. It provides 2 packs of laundry powder. It is convenient.

Cons: The height of the desk is too low to my length. Perhaps for other customers it is just good. Anyway, it helps to provide a desk so that I could work in the apartment.

Pros: Comfortable room, they’ve got all we need, microwave, pot, washing machine even the detergent. Plus, there’s an excellent fried chicken near the hotel.

Cons: There’s no trash can in the living room which was really inconvenient.

Great little apartment

Pros: Great example of a modern Japanese apartment. Situated a 5-10 minute walk from two different metro lines so really great to use as a base when exploring Tokyo.

Cons: There could have been English instructions on how to operate the bath/hvac/washer - They're a lot more complicated than Western ones!

Ideally located, cozy, nice neighbourhood.

Pros: The property is ideally located between Edogawabashi and Kagurazaka, which gives access to both the Yurakucho line and the Tozai line, very convenient if you have some business in central Tokyo . There is also a traditional shopping street nearby showing that Tokyo is not lost to convenience stores and supermarkets, not to say there aren't any around Crest Court Kagurazaka because you do have them. They provide high-speed internet connection, too.

Cons: You turn the light off in the bedroom, and there's a green pilot lamp blinking preventing you from sleeping. There's a trick to fool the system, though. Dishes and cups and bowls are all in plastic. There were no cloth to wipe the dishes. I used my own microfiber wipes I use for work but not everyone have such thing handy.

Perfect stay in Tokyo for two

Pros: Short walk to metro station. Well equipped, clean, nice.

Pros: I think the building itself is quite new so the apartment was clean too. I could feel that the owner puts some effort to make it comfortable (e.g. many toilet papers / shampoos stock / hair iron supplied, cutleries were spotless clean etc.). Minimal yet enough things to stay. The place was quiet yet convenient to walk to the station / Kagurazaka area. The price was reasonable.

Cons: Some English instruction for using bath would be helpful for non-Japanese speakers as the setting for hot water was 49 degrees when I arrived which could be dangerous. Toilet cover was somehow too small and moved each time. No slipper so the guest should bring it by themselves. Plates were stored at high shelf so it might be difficult to take them down for smaller guest. But overall it was a pleasant stay and didn't bother me much(I wrote it just as suggestion).
